We have stayed here most Christmases for over 15 years. The price this year was up almost $100 from the last time we stayed. Renovations were going on but we were certainly NOT in a room that had been renovated. Carpet coming up a little, nothing special at all. Same tiny and old bath towels, same barely stocked or clean in room coffee "area", same crappy hair dryer - much worse soaps/shampoos, etc. Wish there were anywhere else to stay in EA when visiting family. That breakfast is just gross - the frozen egg concoction of the day, odd smelling breakfast "meat" - either do something well that you can be proud of or don't offer it. Coffee and tea - hot cocoa were nice.

Has such a great time! Location of the hotel is perfect walking distance into town. Hotel is clean and also has a really warm lobby with fireplace, a nice library to work on my computer in, and staff was so great. 10/10

Wonderful stay
The staff (all of them) we encountered were so nice - it was clean, so friendly atomosphere. Cookies and cocoa were laid out daily late afternoon which is nice. Breakfast was different daily. So close to so many places.

The location is probably the only reason this hotel is still open, it’s dated and the halls smell, the bed was terrible, sub par breakfast with no alternative milk or food options, not allergy friendly at all, would probably try the hotel down the street next time if I ever come back

My one complaint is upon arriving at 230 AM with my family, we were awoken at 8 AM by heavy construction right above our room. It sounded like a jackhammer and drilling was happening. When I called the front desk they said there would be construction 8 AM - 5 PM every day. I asked to switch rooms which they accommodated later in the day but needless to say, the initial night was very frustrating.

Great location in the heart of East Aurora. Room was clean and comfortable, as were the beds and pillows. The breakfast options were great, compared to many other included breakfast buffets. Lots of options. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I’d stay here again - without question
This was a very nice property. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff was nice. The neighborhood was very nice for walking and I felt super safe.

Nice place, needs a breakfast upgrade
Nice property, clean room, comfortable. Duvet was overly heavy though. Breakfast was a disappointment. Cold, watery, end of tray eggs, ran out of breakfast meats, no milk. Not the typical Hampton experience.

The breakfasts were delicious, ample and varied. The staff was eager to help, and the extras, like snack vending machines, tourist magazines, and a library were appreciated. However, the library was stocked with leftovers that wouldn't sell at a garage sale. Nice display of kids' books, though. One of us didn't like the heavy bed quilt.

Very clean, with a large room. Great shower, and everything that I needed was supplied regarding bathroom toiletries. The free breakfast started right at 6:00 a.m., and the food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to hear that a renovation makeover is scheduled for Fall of 2023, since everything looked very new and very clean. Will definately stay at this location again. 5 stars!
