Dear Lyndsay,Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I am very sorry to hear that we did not let you know upon check in of our jacuzzi being down. We found out 2 nights prior when we were closing it at 10pm. We were hoping it was going to be a quick fix however, we were told we needed to wait for a part to come in.
