“Comfortable hotel, breakfast is unimaginative”

A comfortable room (great mattress), friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a disappointment - small selection of cooked food, unappetizing. My room was under a room with a jacuzzi which was in use during the early evening. This was a loud, monotonous sound that made me think of changing my room. Next trip I will ask for a room far from the jacuzzi rooms.

“Buffalo area”

“Very impressed”

After we were treated very badly and roudly by the US Customs Officers when we came across the border between US and Canada at Niagara, it was nice to receive such a splendid and warm welcome to the US once we arrived at the hotel. At least an American company knows how to be welcoming to foreign visitors from the other side of the world. The staff were polite and helpful, the hotel was clean, very comfortable and in good condition. If we were ever to be in Buffalo again we would definitely stay at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and the breakfast was pretty good.

“Best find in Buffalo!”

We will be returning to this property for sure!! The staff were very attentive and the room was spacious for the 4 of us. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking and when we were walking towards our room somebody was smoking and the odor was all over the hallway!

“Clean and pleasent”

Too costly for my budget. Had it not been for the celebration, I would have looked elsewhere for a lower price to spend the night. Otherwise a very nice place. Why it's rated a 2.5 star is beyond me. Should be at least a 4 star.

“Not Impressed at the Hampton Inn”

The Hampton Inn was adequate and clean, yet was disappointing. The smell of cheese when we checked in at the lobby was overpowering and awful. For 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, the pool and hot tub were not in operation. The room had a very noisy air conditioner/ heat register which interfered with sleep.

“not impressed”

we could have stayed anywhere that offered double beds...but booked with Hampton as they offered 2 queens. cost was significantly higher. there is no way they were queen sized beds....matress was shortler than the headboard by a foot.

“noisy”

I was looking forward to getting away for te weekend.well not at this hotel again.The heater was very noisy,we were right by the elevator so that was noisey and thre were people in the hall drinking. When someone took a shower in the next room,it was like they were taking a shower in our room.We did get fresh towels and toilteries at our door.
