“Buffalo trip”
Simply outstanding breakfast. It was exaclty what we needed.

We had stayed at another Fairmont hotel, so was aware that the hotel is fairly new and modern. I was concerned about staying near the Airport, but was pleasantly surprised that we hardly heard the jets landing/taking off at all. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend a fan system be installed in the bathrooms, as a bit humid after showering. The pool and fitness area were very nice, albeit the pool was a bit too warm. The breakfast was good and adequatey stocked. Hotel Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this hotel and definitely go back again for our next visit in the area!!
“Phe-nom-en-al!”
Customer service at its' best! Clean, modern and extremely service oriented individuals at all levels. Within 15 minutes of checking in we were called by the front desk to ask if our accomodations were "satisfactory". Satisfactory? It was fabulous. We mentioned that it would be nice to have more towels (4 girls in the room) and again within 15 minutes there was a knock on the door, towels in hand. Great value - we're all ready to book for next year - 50 weeks ahead.

“Enjoyable stay”
We had a great stay; the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. Great value for the money!
“awesome hotel”
Really nice hotel. Right across the street from the airport, everything was great. the only thing the hotel lacks is customer service the service wasn’t great. I would differentially work on the customer service at this location. other than that problem hotel was good. really clean and easy to sleep in.

The hotel was brand new, clean, and the service was good. Nice, no-nonsense place to stay if needing a quick commute to and from the airport.
