Customer service at its' best! Clean, modern and extremely service oriented individuals at all levels. Within 15 minutes of checking in we were called by the front desk to ask if our accomodations were "satisfactory". Satisfactory? It was fabulous. We mentioned that it would be nice to have more towels (4 girls in the room) and again within 15 minutes there was a knock on the door, towels in hand. Great value - we're all ready to book for next year - 50 weeks ahead.

“Great experience during American Thanksgiving.”

We arrived on American Thanksgiving and they were very friendly. Breakfast was served at 10PM on Thursday till the following morning at 10AM, which was extremely convenient for shopping at midnight! Rooms very quiet and clean and close to the major malls.

“Great Stay!”

We celebrated our one year anniversary at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot. We had a lovely time. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious and was constantly replenished by staff. The pool and hot tub area was clean and in good condition. The only complaint I had was that there wasn't a mini fridge in our room.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, breakfast was good but could change it up a bit and have a different meat .

“Sorry No Restaurant”

Clean, great location. Only downfall of this hotel is the fact that there is no restaurant onsite. They asked us to go to across the parking lot to The Courtyard by Marriott which had a small cafe style, not exactly what we expected.
