It was a great hotel. It was very clean and customer service was very good. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options. The surrounding area was perfect if you want to be in the city and near the arena!

“Terrific Hotel For The Price - Best of Buffalo!”

A very nice hotel, and comparably priced to other hotels in the region. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and well-decorated. In general the hotel was upscale and attractive. The staff was courteous and accommodating, including the valet parking attendants. We ordered room service during one night of our stay, and the food was quite good for hotel food, and reasonably priced. We also liked the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of quite a few other restaurants and bars. We had the breakfast buffet one morning, and it was a step up from most hotel breakfasts, although not the most gourmet meal I've ever had (can't complain too much, though, because it was free). If I had one complaint, it would be that the valet parking seemed a bit expensive ($5 a day, and $10 for the additional vehicle our friends were driving). I think the valet parking should be free for guests.

“Best Embassy Suites ever!”

Highly recommend staying at his hotel. Aesthetically the building is lovely, the facilities have all you need, the suite was roomy, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly, respectful, accommodating, and helpful- from front desk, to housekeeping, to food service. The coffee was great- and I cannot think of another hotel where I have had a good cup of coffee in the morning- usually tastes like straw- not here! Thank you for making this an easy choice! BTW- stayed here a year ago- it was great- booked again this April- consistent, reliable quality. Can't wait to go back!

“Sweet Suites”

Great Hotel, excellent breakfast. Comfortable and ample rooms with whirlpool, nice desk to work and they have microwave and a kitchinette. Nice details. Well maintained. Nice service. I stayed there twice and will go back.
