“Worst Hotel Stay I have ever had”

The hotel was very old and not well kept. The water in the tub did not drain and when I went to the front desk they gave me another room with the same issue. I stay in many hotels and I am very surprised that Econo lodge would want any of their locations leaving clients with such a bad experience. I will never stay at econo lodge again.

“Disappointed”

Very bad experience, not overall satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10am but there was no breakfast until 7:30am. I had asked the frontdesk to wake up at 6:45am and did not get any wake up call. Also, had asked the frontdesk to provide the shuttle to airport at 7:30am but there was no shuttle until 7:55am and my flight was missed and had to pay extra fare to travel in the next flight. Had extremely bad experience and very much upset with Expedia for recommending this hotel.Total waste of my money and time.

“Halls are not heated, and smell of urine...Totally DISGUSTING!”

We booked this "hotel" for our annual Black Friday Girls Shopping weekend in Williamsville, NY...we arrived at 6pm to check in. The person behind the front desk checked us in, gave us the room key and insructed us to go back outside the building to the last fire exit to re enter closer to our room...GREAT, this is not a secured building I thought! We entered into an unheated, dirty, dingy hallway that just reeked of URINE...We got to our room and it was also dirty, had furniture from the 70s but the matresses we realitively new...bathroom has no fan, tub/shower was a disgusting mess, so old and dirty we actually stood on a towel to shower...Had it now been such a busy holiday weekend we would have checked into another hotel...DO NOT RECOMMEND....Unless you would like the possibility of Cockroaches or bedbugs returning home with you. The pictures they show are not true of this particular hotel.

The area is great for cross border shopping....this "Motel/Hotel" not at all.

“You can find something better”

We were disappointed with this motel. It was dirty and dingy and looked like in dire need of renovation. The personnel were friendly and accomodating, but that was it. It did not look at all like the photos we were directed to when we were looking for a motel. Unfortunately, we let price dictate to us our choice, and that too was a mistake. The only good thing was a good mattress to sleep on but they should hire people who actually know how to make a bed and vacuum. In short, we would not recommend this motel.

“Basic, shabby, honest, good value”

Yes the carpets and walls are worn, but the service was great, beds clean, room furnished and the staff was thoughtful. Stayed here with my mother who is 90 and uses a walker. They gave us a room that was very convenient, and helped open doors, etc. Breakfast service started at 6:30am which we appreciate in an 'airport' motel. Shuttle service also gave us special assistance.

“OK”

Needed a place close to Airport.(for one night) Was clean & cheap Had a good rate for parking my car for week. Breakfast was not lavage. All day hot coffee Cute little pool, warm. Had a frig which was a bonus. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, & movie complex

“Cheap hotel ! Not impressive”

Hotel stay was pleasant and okay for the price. Wi-Fi was not available in our room. Breakfast was not so great.Should be okay to stay just for the night...

Must see

Niagara falls state park during the night from goat island. Fireworks at the falls late at night.

“Close to airport”

Easy on/off to thruway. 2 minutes to airport. Close to lots of restaurants. Room has microwave and fridge. Indoor pool. New carpeting in room. Firm mattresses. Has van to airport. Not fancy but good value for money. Remote did not work but they fixed it relatively rapidly. Not great water pressure and water not very hot. Nice person at front desk.
