It was clean and nice, and the people were very helpful and friendly, from the airport van to helping me find my way around. The breakfast was generous and free, and very cleanly presented.

“Perfect when flying in for quick stay”

While this is not a "vacation destination" hotel, it suited our needs perfectly when myself and several family members had to fly in to Buffalo for a quick, 2 or 3-night. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the service was super friendly and accommodating. The only addition I'd have liked would be a small, on-site shop to buy sundries and a supply of water bottles, although the desk staff was helpful about providing some needed items, and the vending machines were decent.

“I would go back”

I spent a few days in Buffalo/Niagara Falls (the US side) and this was one of the best deals for the money. It seemed to me that the US side of Niagara Falls didn't have much to offer in quality hotels/motels. We stayed by the airport in a much nicer room for about the same price as by the Falls. It's not a very long drive to the Falls (maybe 20 min) and it was really very quiet even though it was by the airport. They had a decent free breakfast buffet (mostly pastries & cereals). There's a small restaurant on the premises. The staff was very friendly & I appreciated the free 24 hour airport shuttle.

“Convenient Location and Reasonably Priced”

My daughter and I booked this hotel due to it's convenient location to shopping. Check in was seamless, all inquiries handled efficiently by pleasant staff. The price was excellent and the breakfast included was more than expected - coffee, juice, bagels, bread, english muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereal etc - we were very pleased with everything and would come back again. Also a Tim Horton's located right beside the hotel - Canadians will love that!
