“A no-frills hotel -- expectations met”

This hotel is not really one I'd recommend if you need more than a place to sleep. But that's what I needed. In my room (what must have been their honeymoon suite), there was a whirlpool right in the room and a bare-bones bathroom (the door didn't close all the way) -- but it wasn't an issue for me. In addition there was a TV (no remote) and a one-cup coffee maker. A nice touch (again, at least in this room -- can't speak for all rooms) was a fridge and microwave -- it reminded me of my dorm room, but was nice to have! The hotel is located right on Niagara Falls Blvd., walking distance from some restaurants, shopping, etc. There's a Dunkin Donuts right at the nearest intersection for those who don't want to fumble with the individual coffee cup brewer that was in the room (or at least in this romantic room!) The room smelled of some type of cleaner or febreeze or something. I imagine that is better than whatever it would have smelled like otherwise. Would I bring my wife and son here? No. Would I recommend this hotel to a valued business partner? No. Would I stay here again if I needed somewhere to stay with "the boys"? Sure.

“Do Not Come Here!!!!”

The room was small and dirty. Everything it contained was old and dirty. The key was this weird dotted card that sometimes didn't even work to open the door. Didn't even want to sleep on the sheets. We only stayed one night which is why we stayed and dealt with it. Seems like at this hotel people actually live there. To make it even worse, the next day we checked out my husband found a BEDBUG!!!! I thought since we were only staying one night to at least find a cheap place to stay and save $$$ but I recommend to stay at a place that is more pricey at least you get your $$$ worth and its clean! Will NEVER stay here again.

“Worse place in Buffalo to stay”

The room was not clean, dirty ripped sheets, television remote did not work. Room smelled, no bathroom tissue, the office was closed until 9:15 am for any assistance. There was no breakfast. Broken window in bathroom. It was a horrible place and why would Expedia have it in their list of hotels, beats me. Certainly no place for a family to stay unless you want the room for an hour. Never again.
