The Adam's Mark in Buffalo was clean, comfortable and the staff had terrific customer service skills.
“Very Nice Big Hotel”
Excellent and Recommendation to use that hotel. But needs update the bathroom ceiling.
“Service was wonderful -- staff was very nice and helpful”
Nice hotel and the service was excellent. It was cold when we were there and there really weren't any resturants within walking distance. That was the only down side to the hotel.
“Impressive Hotel”
Very impressed with the Adams Mark Hotel in Buffalo. Everyone was soooo friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and orderly. I plan to use the Adam's Mark Hotel again for my future trips.

Very Impressed
“Good value and location”
We enjoyed the hotel very much. We chose it for location to a major event , price and description. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS IN THE MORNING AFTER THE EVENT, THE DINING AREA WAS UNDERSTAFFED FOR THE PATRONS WHO FILLED THE HOTEL FOR A NEARBY CONCERT. SEATING AND SERVICE WAS A BIT WEAK. PERHAPS PUTTING ADDITIONAL STAFF ON THESE OCCASIONS WOULD HELP. BUT OVERALL, WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FACILTIY
“will go back every time when in Buffalo.”
everything about this hotel was GREAT.
“A NICE HOTEL”
I stayed at the Adams Mark for 3 days while attending a convention. The motel itself was nice both inside and out. The room was fine as well as clean with 2 double beds. The bathroom was also clean and newly retiled. I got a bargain rate from Expedia for far less than the hotels website or any other hotel in downtown. Check in was fast and easy. The Players Lounge bar was a great place for a drink and offered 2 daily happy hours with drink specials. The resturants $12 breakfast buffet was ample. In room coffee was a bonus as well as free internet access. In room wireless computer use was also avail. for $9.95 a day. Parking was a bargain for a downtown hotel at $7 self park or $15 valet. Location was on the edge of downtown directly off 190. All within a short walking distance of all bars, convention center, etc. if you are brave and packing your 45 (As with ANY city motel)a taxi ride to anywhere downtown was less than $5 bucks.
