We had a very pleasant stay at the Sileo Hotel. It was a convenient location walkable to a lot of sights in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable to walk or grab a cab to wherever we needed. Would stay here again if ever visiting the city again!

The price was good. The room was large and had a little kitchen area. The bathroom and shower were good. It was an easy walk to the cemetery with a cool view of the cemetery from the top floor.I would recommend this hotel.

Good location for food/drinks. At night some homeless on the walkways, seems to be normal here.

This is an ok property, but tough to call it 4*. The 'gym' is 2 treadmills which don't work and one weights machine, the sauna can take one person and the pool is tiny. The view is nice, but the top of the hotel is small. Breakfast is not in the hotel, but you have a voucher for a cafe around the corner. Overall it was ok. The entrance requires a key and then a room key as well so that is also a nuisance. Reasonably, but not great, probably 3*

Walking distance to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Room is a bit small but comfortable bed and pillows. Can’t really leave the windows open because it’s too loud. It’s being renovated right now so breakfast buffet wasn’t able during or stay.

Location. Location. Location. This hotel is immediately across the street from the back of Recoleta Cemeteria. Within a block, is a grocery store, several restaurants, a shopping mall, hop on-hop off stop, parks, museums and tour offices. When I was there, an arts festival was tented up. It's extraordinarily quiet and normal. Runners, people walking dogs, shoppers along streets lined by old trees and dotted with wrought iron lamps. The staff was helpful. The room was more than adequate. There is no onsite breakfast; however, they issue a coupon for a neighborhood coffee shop around the corner with beautiful pastries and full breakfast options. I recommend this to anyone and would return.

The property is very conveniently located right on the edge of the famed Recoleta cemetery, meaning it’s very walkable to that neighborhood as well as Retiro. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and even a mall with a short walk. The room was large and comfortable and the lobby fine. The pool and gym are pretty non-existent although there’s a good view of the cemetery from the small terrace up there. The place has a decent setup for breakfast with a cafe around the corner. The part that stood out the most was just how sweet and accommodating the front-desk staff were!

Great location, friendly staff
The apartment was very clean, but repairs are needed. The air conditioner was not working properly, the cover door of the fridge did not close, the fosset of the kitchen sink was lose, the bed cover was only a sheet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to fix the problems. The kitchen was poorly supplied with dishes, towels, cutlery. Overall the apartments may need an overhaul; we stayed in 2 different ones.

The hotel is located in a nice area that is walkable to many dining, shopping, and entertainment. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers. The penthouse was spacious with great views and spacious deck area. The staff was professional and friendly. They arranged a driver for us to go back to the airport. The only issue was the AC not working properly it was very evident since we were there in the summer time. The staff was accommodating and let us stay in another room while they fixed the AC, so what was wrong they did what they could to make it right. The WiFi did not work too well, perhaps because we were on the top floor but not sure. Thank you Sileo.

We loved the view of our Penthouse room, and the kitchen facilities in our room. It was such a pleasure to be able to have coffee or tea whenever we wanted. The staff were incredibly knowledgable of places to visit and things to do. We went to a Tango show - it was fabulous. The breakfast voucher to their nearby cafe was excellent. Great cafe and food - loved it there and went several times. My only suggestion is that the owners invest some $ in doing some renovations as the building is looking a tad tired.

The staff was great. They provided an adapter for our US based chargers. The room was nice size with a very comfortable bed. I stayed in this hotel in 2007 and happy we came back.

Hotel has a great location. Over looking Recoleta cementary. Was booked at the PH suite but when I arrived they said that was not available. Ended up staying at a regular room. Was fine but not what was reserved. Building has hot water issues. Cold showers during our stay.

Estimado, lamentamos el inconveniente, su reserva en nuestro sistema figuraba cancelada por eso le ofrecimos la habitacion Deluxe en un piso alto para que pudiera disfrutar de la misma vista de la habitacion que habia reservado. Se rompio una de las bombas de agua del hotel lo que ocasiono que no hubiera agua caliente. Desde ya les pedimos disculpas pero son contratiempos que no se pueden evitar, saludos cordiales

Every single part of our experience at your hotel was wonderful. The lady who checked us in has the patience of a saint, and was so kind to us. The rooms were great I’m not, and we had a very, very comfortable night sleep and check out was very easy.

I loved how central this property was to some of the important sights, restaurants, and shopping areas of Buenos Aires. It was also close to the subway system (Subte), so it was easy to visit other sections of the city. The hotel staff were very accommodating and had several great suggestions for places to go.

Stored our bags safely on two days. Breakfast wasn't on site but got a voucher for a restaurant on next block which was great traditional fare. Front desk lady was fantastic with help and information. Security good. Has a small bar on-site for beer and wine. Top floor has great view of cemetery. Room was old style gorgeous with a very modern bathroom and kitchentte if needed.

Fabulous location we had an amazing room overlooking the cemetery. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at the cafe around the corner and didn't find it particularly inconvenient. Only suggestion to make it even better is that the kitchenette could do with a bottle opener and a sharp knife to cut things.

We liked that this property was in the heart of Recoleta making it super easy to visit the cemetery. The shower taps were a little difficult to navigate so I showered in cold water the first day. The breakfast included were actually vouchers for a little cafe down the street so not within the hotel itself, however, we enjoyed our breakfast regardless. The only problem is the cafe only opens at 8am so an early breakfast is not possible. We requested for some extra pillows as we were only provided with one per person. Overall, it was a simple, clean, safe stay with friendly receptionists, but admittedly, nothing fancy. Would nevertheless recommend if you need a place to stay in Recoleta :)

We enjoyed the quiet, even though it is in the heart of Recoleta, the hotel rooms are very quiet. The size of the hotel means it does not have a lot of additional amenities, but it makes up for it with the updated classic ambiance, the helpful staff and great view overlooking Recoleta.
