“Fantastic Hotel”
I highly recommend this hotel...the rooms are quiet as well as clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is very good. The solarium, sauna and gardens are relaxing. The location is within walking distance to most everything..as well as the subway. All of the employees give exceptional customer service...way beyond anything I have experienced in years!! I highly recommend the Lennox Hotel!!! I stayed here in Oct 2011.
“Great choice”
We upgraded to the Lennox after our tour operator recommended a different hotel and we could not have been happier. The Lennox is almost a brand new boutique hotel in a good location to everything in Buenos Aires. The rooms are modern and very clean. The hotel staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Every time we returned Maria at the front desk welcomed us by our name. Only complaint was that there was not an English news station on television. A small complaint compared to our overall delight with this fabulous hotel.
“Very nice hotel in handy location”
I would certainly stay at this hotel again: very clean, in a really good condition, good food and free internet use. The decor of the hotel is quite dark but that's just a question of taste. We walked to many sightseeing spots and enjoyed the handy location. The only downside is the street which looks quite neglected. The Lennox Hotel is great value for your money!
“Great hotel, highly recommended”
Great hotel, very central - although the roads immediately around it are not that interesting/active, you are only a couple of blocks from 9 de Julio. Staff service was excellent and they go out of their way to help you.
“Great Hotel Great Price”
Nice small boutique hotel with a very comfortable bed. The staff speaks English and they were very helpful, they also recommended great places to eat. Excellent expierence.
“Great place to stay in Buenos Aires”
Well situated in Microcentro and just a block to Avenue Mayo, and from there access to anywhere in town by cab or metro. Hotel and staff could not have been more helpful, calling for cars and cabs, rooms excellent although slightly short on storage space, but very modern. Having a small kitchen area is very good. breakfats excellent and again staff there were happy and helpful. it seemed the management of the hotel were doing a good job keeping the place running well and that the staff responded to this and were obviously happy there. Good outside area with two jacuzzis, really nice area with also a sauna. Price was very reasonable too.
“Very nice hotel in central location.”
The hotel was really very nice. We visited on 2 occasions this trip for 3 nights each. The first room was a little larger than the 2nd and very nice as it faced the terrace at the back of the hotel. Our second room was also nice and faced onto the street but noise was not a problem. Staff were all very friendly and had good English. Breakfast was very good and quite a good variety. The hotel is about a block and a half from Avenida de May so good position but the street that it is located on may seem a bit rough. Some people would prefer to be on a nicer street but we didn't find this a problem at all. We never felt uncomfortable in the area. The hotel is only about a year old and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
“Oasis in downtown BA”
Wonderful hotel in the Central district. An oasis in the middle of a busy downtown. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, especially at night. But the hotel has everything you could want including a decent breakfast. My room was spacious and fully outfitted including plates, microwave, kettle. Flat screen tv too. Wifi was frustrating but they have 4 computers in the lobby. Staff was always helpful and friendly 24 hours a day. They all spoke deceny English. Beautiful roof garden with hot tubs too!
“I would stay here again.”
I stayed one night when I arrived in Buenos Aires and two nights on my way back to Australia, under a B&B tariff. Buffet breakfast including hot food had good variety to suit all tastes and cultures. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke good English. Reception did my online check-in for me and printed off my boarding pass. I had no problems accessing one of the four PCs for internet access (no charge). There are cheaper (and dearer) hotels but I think this one represents good value for money.
“Extremely impressed; staff extraordinarily helpful”
Although not in the smartest part of Buenos Aires the Lennox was perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. Rooms were beautifully decorated (ours had a small kitchen) and the breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, even preparing coffee and croissants for us at 4.30am before we left for an early morning flight. Highly recommended.
