Great staff at a lovely hotel
The hotel is an old-fashioned but very comfortable, somewhat quaint establishment with a lovely courtyard with a swimming pool in Palermo, a very nice and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Breakfast off the courtyard was quite good. But perhaps the best part of BENS was the staff -- they were some of the nicest, most helpful people we have encountered in all of our extensive travels.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and stores. Excellent attention from the staff. Clean rooms and very complete breakfast. Definitely recommend!

This property is an oasis with a beautiful garden/ park and pool at the center of Palermo SoHo. Perfect to hang out and cool down in summertime before going out again. I loved the checkout at noon, which allowed us to rest and recover from the customary late dinner the night before.

Excellent customer service. Front staff was VERY helpful with recommendations and accommodations. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The balcony view that comes with the suite is amazing. There is lots to do around the neighborhood. The ambience is second to none. Would certainly stay here again and recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is located in a good part of town. It has a beautiful corridor and garden. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I would also prefer if the mattress was lined with something under the sheets. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

This was a gem of a small hotel in the heart of the Palermo district in Buenos Aires. It is a convenient spot tucked away with a lovely back courtyard with gardens and pool areas which make it a wonderful respite from the frenzy of the streets. We were treated so very well and with great consideration beyond expectation. A bottle of wine and a balcony were added pleasures to our stay.

The best thing about the hotel is it’s convenience to great restaurants and higher end clothing stores. Juliette, front desk, is super nice and welcoming. We cannot recommend this property. As the second boutique property at which we stayed during our trip, the first (Smart Hotel 1828) was head over heels better for a significantly lower price - both in Palermo. This property, and especially Room 5, is in major need of new paint, happier decor, and better quality curtains and linens. Our room had a giant hole in the bathroom floor, which was “hidden” by the placement of dirty trash can. In the whole was trash, deep grime, and an orange peel. A used luma type sponge was in a jar on the shelf. The worst thing that occurred during our stay was that we were totally taken advantage of by the desk staff one morning. We were sold 24-hour City Bus tickets for $45 USD each. Upon getting on the bus, we discovered we should have paid $25 USD each whether to the hotel or to the bus. The bus wanted our information and stated the hotel violated its agreement by charging this much. Upon return, the hotel was defensive. By the next morning, there were apologies. My traveling partner said they could remedy by giving us a late checkout, which they did (6pm). There was an offer to refund the overcharge. Although remedied, the feelings of being targeted are still prevalent.

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere. We very much liked the vintage vibe of the hotel. There is a fantastic provencal garden with pool. The property was near a very busy restaurant and bar scene but in a quiet location in a side street. Loved the courtyard. Very nice and accommodating people at the hotel. Was able to borrow an adapter for charging our phones. Also had a welcome bottle of wine in the room. Very nice touch.

Amazing staff and beautiful building!
Hidden gem is an apt description! From the moment we walked in, L’Hotel Palermo impressed us with its beautiful courtyard / breakfast area and extremely helpful staff. They enthusiastically helped us with everything from giving recommendations to booking us taxis to getting us coffee and snacks before an early departure. The location is super convenient to Palermo’s lively restaurant / bar / shopping scene. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in BA!

Pasamos una semana y lo que mas nos gusto es el Barrio, muy tranquila la area. Nos hospedamos en una de las habitaciones con vista al jardín que era arriba del area de desayuno y por escaleras. Realmente decepcionados con los muebles del cuarto, ni siquiera había un tachito extra para la basura. Todo muy vintage en las fotos pero al estar ahi todo el mobiliario era viejo y muy usado para ser un hotel boutique.

Great location
The garden area is very cute. The room itself was just okay. Pretty small, and seemed a little old/rundown. The building I was in didn't have an elevator, so I would ask about that if you need one. The location is the best part though. Right in the heart of Palermo. Overall I would say it's a pretty good value

Good stay.
It is a good place, the attention is very good, every team member was very kind and welcoming. The bed was not super confortable and the bed linen didn’t fit the mattress and it was coming loose and the duvet has never been fluffed, it was lumpy in parts, empty in others. The breakfast is correct, maybe some more fresh options would be great. The location is perfect. The area is very lively but inside the hotel is calm and quiet.

Exceptional customer service!
Exceptional customer service! The staff goes beyond the call of duty to ensure your requests whether it be reservations or questions regarding your visit are answered. The hotel is well kept and clean. The courtyard could be updated and made a nice place to relax or sit out in nature. The room I stayed in could be revived with a fresh coat of paint and adding a closet with shelves. The furniture was outdated and took up alot of floor space.
