Nothing fancy with this place, but that's fine for the price. It was clean and had one of the best showers I've ever experienced. The water pressure was incredible. The staff was great and accommodating, including allowing me to check out late the day of my flight.

We had an amazing stay at Infinito! The neighborhood was lovely - centrally located, easy to get cabs, and lots of cute restaurants. Very safe. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They also spoke English well. Breakfast was perfect - buffet style, and very clean. The hotel overall was very clean, with great daily housekeeping. We are very much looking forward to our next stay here.

Horrible. Dirty! Loud. Please see my pictures before booking. The pillow was the dirtiest thing I’ve seen and bathroom was smelly & rusty/mold. And loud music was playing and I was wondering whether there was any concert in the street but it was from the gym across this hotel. And after that music was gone, another loud music played and I bet it was from lobby that night at 10:30 in the night. It was a nightmare and I couldn’t sleep well at this hotel. Do not book!

Great location
I stayed one night at this conveniently located hotel in Palermo. The location is great, close to show and restaurants, and safe. It’s also a good spot to explore the city. The hotel is basic, rooms are small but nicely decorated and the bathroom is standard. AC and Wi-Fi are really good which is not something that’s always a given in small hotels like this in Argentina. The included breakfast was good, with ample election of pastries, breads, fruits, cheese and salami, coffee, yogurt, cereals and orange juice. Much better than places of higher number of stars. The staff is nice and they arranged to keep my luggage during the day and also organized transport to the EZR airport for 900 pesos. The only thing about this place is that’s a bit noisy with the old elevators and the noise the doors make right by the room doors, and the super early checkout, 10 am. That’s normally cool for me but it want after a late arrival. Overall, good value for the money hands down.

Nice place....
I have stayed at the Infinito on a previous visit to Buenos Aires and was happy to stay there again. Well priced hotel in Palermo, a short walk (1 block) from Avenida Santa Fe. Breakfast was included and good selection and delicious. The room was basic but comfortable. Bed was great, plenty of bedding and clean. Bathroom was also, clean, the only issues being the shower curtain was too small letting water all over the floor and the towels were thin. Air conditioning worked very well and limited traffic noise for a good sleep The staff at reception were terrific, very helpful

Perfect location for business travel and tourist seeing! This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 mins walking distance to supermarket and subway station. If you walk south for about 10 to 15 minutes, there are lots of great restaurants, bars and local shops. Hotel crews are beyond help and can tell you a lot about the local area as well as Buenos Aries. Hotel facility is a little old, though.

Basic comfort and safe neighborhood
Great location, close to subway line and walking distance to many sites, esp gardens, Recoleta and Palermo sites. Staff is very nice, speak English, and room was basically clean and quiet. Not a really touristy neighborhood so you can visit shops and restaurants with the locals. We wanted to stay near our friends in the neighborhood, which was why we picked it. The hotel is a little shabby and basic, very small room and shower but we enjoyed our stay. Reasonable budget friendly hotel. The pictures are accurate. Plenty for breakfast- fresh orange juice, pastries, cheese, ham, coffee, etc.

Liked the place, great value, not fancy but certainly comfortable for most travellers but if staying in your hotel room all the time is your plan while in Buenos Aires, this may not be your place.if you want, clean, quiet, comfortable and great value...this is the place

Not the best
Good location and staff are nice. Cleaners do the best they can with what they're given. The staff have no awareness of local attractions. The breakfast is terrible. Same plates of cake etc out everyday until they've all been eaten which results in very stale food. Breakfast was never fully ready by 730 usually more like 8. Everyday there was less and less plates of food out. One morning there was cereal but no milk. Ham and cheese but no bread. No black tea bags. Rooms are small but comfortable for two. Tiny bathroom, husband could barely squeeze in and out of the shower, he is an average sized man. Toilet and bidet were leaking into the floor. Shower screen leaks and floor was soaked after every shower. Sheets weren't big enough to tuck under the mattress so You end up sleeping on a bare mattress every night. Door man follows you around like a fly looking for tips. Wifi is non existent, takes several minutes and several attempts to load basic web pages, emails etc even in the lobby. Each floor is so small that every room is right next to the two clunky old elevators and on the street side which is very noisy every night of the week. Very very noisy. No fridge, microwave, kettle etc in room. They have taken 'artsy' photos to make this look like a cute little Botique hotel but when you're getting woken up every hour at night, have nothing decent to eat for breakfast and can't fit in the bathroom there is nothing cute about it.

I have to admit that I only needed to stay there one night so I booked a very inexpensive room that was pretty small. Still, the employees were very friendly and helpful and the place was well run and clean!

Do not stay here! Horrible experience. First, very dingy, slippery showers with mold and bare bones rooms. I actually even fell in the shower beside it didn't drain correctly. Second, it totally lies about the amenities. The hot tub, prominently featured in the photos and located on the roofhas to be reserved by guests for individual use. They say for privacy, but it was misleading to show a public hot tub since it was often booked up. My female friend and I were kicked out by staff so a single (yes, 1) woman despite it being able to fit at least 7-10 people. If it is a private, reserved use hot tub, it should be advertised as such. It also stated you could get massages at the hotel--even on the screens in the lobby, which we pointed to upon arrival-- but this also was untrue. They also refused to give us more than one card key to the room, stating that they only had enough cards to provide one per room. Really?? Even if true (doubt it, they should buy more), it was very inconvenient when we decided to do different things during the day-- especially since the key makes the lights work. It also had a 10am checkout. Insisted they were "full" when we asked to extend to 11. Looked on website and they had rooms available. I suppose you get what you pay for here, but do NOT waste your time or money in this place. To be fair, the location was good. Guy staffing at night was helpful and polite. Pay more (or less), but go somewhere else.

Good, small hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at Infinito hotel. The location is great, 100m from a metro stop. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The only complaint we have is the quality of the breakfast. The bread and pastries were very ordinary and every second day were stale. Apart from this we really loved our stay at infinito and would recommend it for travelers wanting a reliable, clean, good value hotel.

Awesome place to stay for a night in Buenos Aires. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, and helped me get on my feet in the city despite my abhorrent spanish. The location is also excellent--near the D line of the subway, Avenida Santa Fe (complete with major shopping options), and Palermo Soho (home to some of the hippest eating and nightlife options in Bs As). The room itself was perfectly comfortable, but this is not an extremely luxurious hotel that will have you lounging and enjoying nights in. But you're in Buenos Aires! If you want cozy nights in your hotel, find a different city!

INFINITO Hotel a gem in Palermo Soho!
We were very pleased to find this nice little INFINITO hotel. Wonderful employees very educated, ready for help any time.Andrea was exceptional. The rooms are tiny ,but great linen quality with nice bathroom and superb amenities. Have SPA and SAUNA, too! Breakfast very good ,healthy served in nice restaurant. Wifi works perfect. Neighborhood very good, lots of commerce and bar,cafes and restaurant. The BEST was LA ESTANCIA 300 mt from the Hotel , our excellent choice , exceptional food and service and very good prices versus quality and quantity and receive US$ high rate and give 20% discount,too! There close by have many other option. The citycenter of Buenos Aires is in remodeling so PALERMO SOHO is one of the best revival quarties and wonderful option there.

We spent 5 weeks in Argentina and of the 2 weeks we spent in Buenos Aires, this was our 3rd hotel. We chose it to experience a different area than previously. We enjoyed our room with a tree in the window so we could enjoy the urban birds and privacy while keeping our curtains open. The room was funky modern décor which suited us, a bit small but adequate for two and clean though definitely needed maintenance which would have helped to keep it cleaner. We didn't use the pool so cannot comment. We walked the area and to the Botanical and Japanese Gardens from here which were one reason we chose this location. We found a charming café two blocks away that served delicious wraps, salads and excellent coffee, foods we found difficult to find in Argentina. Everywhere in Argentina a typical breakfast is a slice of ham, cheese, croissant and sugar cookies and sometimes yogurt and fruit are available. This hotel had all of this so it was not notable nor was the coffee, which was terrible everywhere except in specialty cafes or restaurants offering real expresso. We think this hotel is a good option for young people and students and we would consider staying again.
