When we checked in the staff were so helpful and showed us 3 rooms to choose from and gave us helpful city advice.

Hotel is nice and clean and near restaurants and shopping . We were allowed to check -in at least 30 minutes earlier . Drawback : it gets noisy at night because of singing and talking from nearby establishments. Rooms are not sound proof . Front desk did not have tour brochures and don’t have a sign by the front desk that they give assistance for tours so I asked for the nearest travel office, walked the 2 1/2 blocks to find out they’re close on Sundays. After booking on - line , I found out from the other male receptionist who helped us stow our luggage that they actually have a list of tours / prices and their prices for were lesser than what I booked . I could have saved a lot and spared myself from walking trying to locate a your office if the other staff was helpful . He was also rude when I tried to ask him a question not knowing he was on the phone . If I knew that , I wouldn’t have interrupted. Because of this , I’m giving the hotel a 3 .

Very good boutique hotel, I wish it had sound proof window panes; you can hear the cars driving at night badly

Stayed one night after a cruise. Location was good. Staff was good. Room and facilities good except no coffee in room even though there was a teapot and no liquid coffee creamer available even with breakfast.

I have stayed here before and it was ok. Today they put me and my son into single room saying that it is only what is available. I booked there was a choice of 2 tween beds. They did not even offer extra blanket. Do they sleep with their teens in the same bed under the same blanket. When I asked for a cup, there is none in the room to drink a glass of water, front desk said that they have no room service. I believe, to have a glass is a basic room nessesiry and nothing extra.

It's a modern and recent facilities at a very affordable price. And the Florida calle is situated a small walking distance from hotel. We did enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed twice and with that said our second visit wasn’t a pleasant one. This hotel is very, very noisy which we found impossible to sleep. Also they have a half shower for snd all the water goes out onto the floor. We also had to put a towel inside the shower to help us from slipping.

The breakfast was amazing - food, staff, and duration. Easy to walk to Florida and experience it. Had a room facing the street and heard noise until late at night. Says laundry is available on the website, it is a "send out a bag for a fee". Would stay here again if we returned.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona céntrica, cerca de muchas atracciones de la ciudad, con una buena atención por parte del personal, pero de ahí a promocionarlo como un hotel “upscale”, están lejos de eso. A pesar de que recibimos un upgrade a la hora de registrarnos, nuestra habitación tenía un olor permanente a cañería, con toallas viejas y curtidas. Un baño estrecho, con manchas desagradables en la ducha y mal oliente, y con un lavamanos atorado. El desayuno es aceptable. No tienen plancha a disposición de los huéspedes, y para disfrutar de una bebida refrescante que te ofrecen en el minibar, debes salir a comprar una bolsa gigante de hielo para usar dos o tres hielos. Y lo más increíble, muchos huéspedes colgaban su ropa interior, camisetas y shorts de las ventanas de la habitación. A todo esto se le adiciona que se escucha todo el accionar de las habitaciones vecinas. Cuando los huéspedes de otras habitaciones se están duchando pareciera que lo están haciendo al lado tuyo. Muy difícil conciliar el sueño cuando escuchas los pasos, las puertas que se azotan, los diálogos y demás de los demás huéspedes cercanos. Realmente falta mucho por mejorar en este hotel para promocionarlo como un cuatro estrellas y “upscale”.
