Decent hotel with helpful staff
The owner and staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were dated and not very clean. There was no soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was basic. I felt like there could have been some healthier options i.e. eggs & more fruit. Decent location, relatively close to nice bars and restaurants.

Thank you for your good review about our staff. We are very sorry to hear that the housekeeping department had so many mistakes. We really concern about the cleaning, but some mistakes we could have. Great location, convenient to bars and restruants
Stayed at this hotel 3 times during my holiday. Wonderfully helpful staff, very flexiable, able to leave luggage and pick up later. Very helpful with airport pickup. Lovely sitting area and garden area to relax in.

Funky in a chic way
Interesting layout. Super helpful front desk staff. Bathrooms updated and well equipped. Rooms could us a fresh coat of paint and some rooms need new or clean chairs. Overall a good walking location to restaurants. Nice breakfast area that is accessible all the time. Not modern and fancy but funky in a good way.

I stayed at C'Chic for six nights during a short visit to Buenos Aires visiting a friend. It's located within a 10-15 minute walk of the dining and bar district of Palermo. Right around the corner on Avenida Cordoba are the fashion outlets of some of Argentina's best fashion brands. Between dining and shopping there's plenty to do if you like that sort of thing. It's also located relatively close to train line B which then connects to the other lines. During my visit the weather was hot and humid and it was always a comfort to come back to a Hotel where the air conditioning was working. I had missing luggage when I arrived and the staff there was very helpful and attentive in regards to assisting with its retrieval.

Excellent boutique hotel
This is an excellent 3-star hotel (although it could easily have a fourth star), located in a very strategic part of Buenos Aires. It's within a walking distance from two of the main subway lines--taking you straight into downtown. Also, it's meters away from Cordoba Avenue, which is a main road to/from downtown as well. Furthermore, the hotel offers a very friendly service. The staff is superbly helpful and professional. The breakfast is very good: fresh orange juice, coffee, and warm crispy croissants every morning. Today's newspapers are always there, since 6 am for everyone to read. The internal patio, with a Jacuzzi and all, is very nice too. Finally, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds super comfy. I went for a long-stay (12 days) and I really enjoyed the nice AC and the steady WiFi.

Pleasant stay.....but I wear earplugs......
The hotel is nice. The staff/owner cares what the guests thinks and wants them to be happy. Frankly, this is a great starting point. I came in fairly late.....and my neighbors came in later 24:00 to 1:00 and were very noisy. The walls are thin......and the neighbors loud which is not pleasant. The room was OK, clean and equipped nicely. The maintenance of the hotel is less than...... with knobs and other bits loose and nearly falling off. Must say I'd love for this hotel to be highly successful as the owners & staff care and are kind. They need to lift their game a bit.

Excellent and quiet
I stayed in the hotel for 6 days. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful and the service for breakfast buffet very personal. The place is very quiet, what you dont expect in this viciniy. (A large Avenida passes nearby!) And you can recreate in the wonderful patio after your tours. Recommended for everyone!

Small hotel for personalized experience.
Great small hotel conveniently located close to all the local designer clothing stores in Palermo and Córdoba Avenue. Staff was great and always helpful. Not luxurious but it's very well maintained and comfortable. It's so small that I got to know all the staff including the manager who is from France. The only inconvenience was that I had to ring the bell and ask the front desk to open the door for me every time I had to enter the hotel. I think this is not uncommon in small hotels in buenos aires.

Tiny room and bathroom. Cockroaches. Kicked me out promptly at the check out. Lobby smelled of a chemical spill. Horrible coffee. Jacuzzi sucked. No airport transfer unless you count a taxi driver asking for 390 pesos. Lethargic staff. I paid $55 and still felt cheated.

It's a very clean and cozy hotel with friendly and knowledgable staff. The owner Louis is on the premises and takes personal care of each guest. The guys at the reception desk Leonardo and Miguel helped us a lot with different aspects of our stay as a result we saved money on entertainment and trips.

Little gem, wonderful!
We stopped only one night at our arrival in Argentina (hotel contacted us upon booking and arranged the taxi for us) but we loved the set up and the cosiness of the rooms. There is a small sun terrace to sunbathe in the garden and the breakfast is very good. Palermo is few minutes walking away....well, we liked it so much that we will go back there on our way back to Buenos Aires!

The hotel is indeed chic and modern, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Never woke up early enough to have breakfast, but loved the strong WiFi connection (we were on the top floor) and they also offer internet access via a couple computers with a sitting area which was very helpful in booking our next flight and relax after check out. The building itself is located in what we thought was a safe area, we often made the 15 minute walk to a great bar/restaurant area. The staff also gave us a converter for our phones to charge in our rooms and also provided us with a bus card so we can het around the city easily. I'm sure the converter and bus card were lucky items that they just happened to have available while we stayed there, but it certainly made our stay and without hesitation would I recommend this hotel or stay here the next time I visit.

We would not change a single thing!
I have so many good things to say about C Chic that I don't know where to start but I'll start with where they really shine: the staff! It is obvious that the passion of the owner is reinforced by a solid group of staff that want to do their jobs well. Everybody was so helpful! Hands down, this was the best stay we had during our 3 week S. Americian journey. The room was super comfortable and the entire property was unkept well. We also loved the Palermo area- perfect for a couple that wants to chill, walk around, shop, and eat without worrying about safety concerns.

Me atendieron muy bien tanto en la recepción como en los otros servicios. Muy atentos cosa rara en Buenos Aires Lastima que no haya muchas opciones a la hora del desayuno y en alguna ocasión te dicen simplemente, se acabó el jamón o el queso, pero no te ofrecen otra opción.

Atendimento excelente. Localização próximo do metrô, bares, restaurantes, comércio, enfim, perfeito. Minhas únicas ressalvas são o box do banheiro, que sai muita água para fora e a limpeza do quarto em relação a varrer para tirar a poeira.

Ótimo hotel, boa localização e instalações
Hotel reformado, ótimo conforto. Ponto positivo a equipe também, atenciosos. Deixa a desejar no café da manhã, mesmo sabendo que é o chamado continental, poderia ser melhor servido, por exemplo, para tomarmos uma xícara de café não tem uma garrafa térmica, temos que pedir para a funcionária trazer e servir.

Muy bien situado, cómodo y bibito
El hotel nos ha gustado mucho , perfecto para lo que buscábamos. Cerca del barrio de Palermo que tiene mucha vida y en 15 min en el centro. La habítacioN muy cómoda , limpia , camas grandes y desayuno correcto. Por poner una pega nuestra habítacion tenía un poco de ruido ( habítacion 12) porque estaba justo al lado de la escalera y cada vez que subía o bajaba alguien se oía ... Pero si así hemos descansado muy bien. Hotel sin duda recomendable

Aconchegante!
Hotel simples, porém muito agradável. Fica próximo do Palermo, bairro jovem da cidade com vários parques - é possível ir andando até eles. Tem uma linha de metrô próxima. Café da manhã simples. Não varia muito, porém tem produtos de qualidade. Gostamos e indicamos!
