“Excellent location”
Its a mini-boutique Hotel very well located, near a movie cinema, restaurants and clubs at walking distance. The hotel is clean, rooms are big and comfortable. Its right next to the Recoleta Cementery where Evita is buried.
“Great place to stay”
This is a terrific hotel. Our room was very large and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is excellent. I will definitely use this hotel again. The price is very good for the Recoleta area.
“Amazing”
The Ayres facility is very nice, clean and comfortable. We spent a week at the hotel and it was a very nice stay. Excellent service. The only caveat is that we got a little tired of the same breakfast every day. Other than that it was a GREAT stay in a great location.
“Fabulous apartment hotel”
We stayed at Ayres for just under two weeks and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It felt like a home away from home with five star service. The modernly furnished rooms with kitchenettes are comfortable, extremely clean and located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires. The staff was attentive, courteous and caring. A continental breakfast was included at a restaurant down the street (no restaurant in hotel) which was lovely. Nice strong coffee, fresh cheese/ham, croissants and fruit and yogurt. I highly recommend this apart hotel. As a note, they are building three more locations simultaneously - two in the same area and one in Palermo, which is a shopping mecca.
“Great location and swank furnishings”
This hotel is next to the famous Recoleta Cemetary as advertised, and is in a beautiful, upscale, and safe part of Buenos Aires. The hotel staff is very friendly and while some speak English, it is recommended that you brush up on your basic hotel requests in Spanish. The staff always have a friendly smile and are prompt and courteous when they call your room with messages and such. The room we stayed in was furnished with a kitchenette, complete with wine glasses, ample cabinet space, and basic dishes. There was also a dining table. We were in a room facing the street, which was (by Buenos Aires standards) quiet. Big windows let in plenty of light. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is unfamiliar with Buenos Aires. The Recoleta neighborhood is easy to navigate, has lots of things to see and do, and is safe.
“Best location..excellent comfort”
Ayres de Recoleta is a beautiful, clean, petite hotel, with excellent service and comfortable rooms. The location can't be better, it's located at the heart of maybe the most elegant, "parisien" neighborhood in Buenos Aires called "Recoleta". The staff is very friendly and gave us a lot of useful tips.
“Great Location”
Lovely hotel, in prime location, near restaurants, small supermarket and some shopping. Short taxi ride to Avenida Florida and excellent shopping. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel is in a great location. What truly made this hotel so great was its staff....the create a very personal experience and were very attentive. The value for the price was excellent as well.
“second time I have stayed here”
I stayed at this hotel in 2005 when it had not even been opened a year yet, and this year in July and loved it both times. Friendly people, ample apart room with kitchenette - nice for a tea in the evening, and nice location- beautiful recoleta, 1/2 block from the famous cemetery. Does not have a restaurant but breakfast is included in a nearby cafe - improved over last stay - no eggs, but a pretty complete continental breakfast. Also stayed at another hotel on this trip and was disappointed in the other. If I take a third trip to BA, I will definitely chose this one again.
“Would definitely go back”
This hotel is in a very convenient location, a short walk to recoleta cemetery as well as close to restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is down a couple of blocks from the hotel with some really nice tea selections. Enjoyed our stay. No complaints. We wanted to take a shower in the evening after checking-out before catching our flight and they arranged for it.
