week in an 'apartment'
The facility was spacious and there was a comfortable couch to sit. (View only of a brick wall. ) Bed comfortable with good linen. The suite had a small fridge (full of stuff the hotel wanted you to purchase) and a small microwave. There were no knives and no bowls supplied, nor any cloths. There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee) Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need.

Perfect!!
Fantastic location, metres from great selection of cafes and restaurants, across the road from Mall Recoleta (upmarket shops) and Recoleta Cemetery (a must see, Eva Perón buried there). Very safe area, unbelievably easy to get a taxi, which are quite cheap. Salvador, at reception was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Small pool area but there was never more than 2 people out there. Would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend Ayres de Recoleta to friends! Loved it!!

Excellent Aparthotel in good area of Buenos Aires
My wife and I spent 2 weeks there and enjoyed it very much. It is a small hotel with about 30 rooms with 4 to a floor. The room is bright and spacious, has a small balcony and a well equipped kitchenette. The location in Recoleta is excellent for getting around and there are many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. in the immediate area. Our reservation included a quite good continental breakfast delivered to our room every morning. Everything worked, the staff were very helpful, and the cleaning staff kept our room spotless. It was an excellent base to explore the many fascinating things in beautiful Buenos Aires.

Fantastic hotel for the price
A fantastic hotel for the price. The rooms are large, have mini kitchens in them for preparing basic meals and everything else that might be needed for a comfortable stay. The only issues with the hotel were the pool (it's not heated, quite small and on the same floor as the reception, very easily spotted by anyone entering the hotel), and the bath/shower that didn't have a plug to take an actual bath and also would leak lots of water when you tried to use just the tap. The breakfast is very convenient, although their version of orange juice is actually grapefruit, but besides offers a nice selection of food delivered to your room. The staff are very helpful with any issues or questions and speak very good English. The location is ok too, being in walking distance (usually less than half an hour) from most points of interest in the city. Overall a great place that I can recommend based on personal experience.

Nice hotel with kitchenette
The room was clean and the kitchenette very practical (I made my own breakfast everyday). The only slight drawback was that I found it a little noisy as my room was right next to the busy street. Also, it would have been better if a dishrack was available on which to let the dishes dry after washing.

Nice hotel with great location
Very good hotel with big spacious rooms and a great location in Recoleta neighborhood and really close to Av. 9 de Julio. Very calm and secure to walk around at night, and many restaurants nearby. Don't choose the first floors, go for the top ones. I was in 2nd floor in a room facing the street, and every night at around 5 or 6 am the garbage truck made a lot of noise and woke us up everyday.

Great staff, great location
The staff were kind and friendly.they spoke English, which was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom and shower were great. Breakfast was provided in our room each morning, and was more than adequate. Located in a nice area, we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in a great location
Staff was very helpful generally and extremely responsive in a medical emergency situation. Location was within walking distance of a lot of interesting places and 4 blocks from the subway.

Photos are not explicit, the pool is very very narrow, the rooms are not so big as they try to show in the photos and finally the breakfast is the sane all days. Nevertheless is a place very clean and the people very supporting, no noise and you have several services around the apartments. Remember that this is an apartment style concept not a hotel with all the services that normally you expected.

The staff were friendly, the room was cleabed every day, the receptionists helped us to understand where we were located and what was accessible by walk. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, liquor store, etc. The room is equipped with AC. Our room was facing the main Street, Libertad, so it was a bit noisy at night. We enjoyed the hotel and will stay here again if we go to Argentina a other time.

Good price for downtown accomodations Good location Two big things for me: 1) a hotel should Not have an indoor swimming pool and show pictures of it as if it was an all season pool. The indoor pool was not heated. Does not make sense. Spend a little and heat it up.. Gym equipment was beyond basic , treadmill straight out unsafe. Staff was wondeful. Ver responsive and nice

Check in was fast and efficient. Large studio with everything one needs, including small fridge. Good shower. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to the room within 10 minutes of ordering it. Wish they would offer less bread and some fruit instead. Very good and professional attention. I recommend this place to stay in BsAs. The area is very nice, beautiful boutiques nearby, coffee houses, and good bistros nearby. Close to Santa Fe Street and Callao, nice streets to walk. The room was big, nice, wood floors, modern furnitures good bed, small kitchen, and dining table for 4. My room did not have a view, I was only one night so it was ok Very friendly people at the front desk. Breakfast was very good and it is only served at your room. No buffet, they bring to your room a nice well presented continental breakfast.

Nice apartment-hotel close to main atractions
The hotel is located in an area close to main atractions. It is at a 15 minutes walk to Teatro Colon and probably 20 from Recoleta cementery. If you like to walk, Casa Rosada and city center is almost 30-40 minutes from the hotel. Close by are several restaurants and groceries stores. I should mention restaurant Gran Bar Danzon where we had the best dinner in Buenos Aires (we went three times) . The hotel itself is clean, the rooms comfortables and the staff beyond excellent. The room has it's own kitchenette and a fridge, besides they serve you breakfast every day, which was delivered directly to our room. Great experience in Buenos Aires.

The hotel is located very close to the downtown area and the main shopping avenue in Buenos Aires: Avenida Santa Fe. Yet, it is a quiet neighborhood. The room, without being luxurious, has everything you need for an enjoyable trip. I requested one without breakfast, and it was a good idea because there were plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. I commend the staff on their service, reliability and daily smiles. They truly were welcoming.
