Great location!! Close enough to everything you could ask for. Great room, a little confusing to find your way around but once you figure it out it's perfect. Very secure, they give you two keys for an putter entrance and one for your room. Great place!! I'll be back!!

Great place to stay in the heart of Budapest.
Amazing location. Clean and comfortable. Some of the neighbors were a little noisy, but it was New Year's Eve, and there are few better places to ring in the new year than Budapest.

Recommend!
I had a wonderful stay here. The room is as advertised and it was in good condition. The view from my room was beautiful at night. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had my room cleaned, towels replaced, and bathroom supplies restocked nearly every day. The reception is only open between 10am-5pm (I think), but the hotel responds quite quickly to their emails so I don't think this should be a problem. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Communicated with the property before arrival to schedule check in time. Came to the closed door. Tried to contact property via Expedia. Waited for about 2 hours with no avail. Called several times their local number and finally got somebody who explained that the receptionist got sick and no one is available for a replacement. Finally made some arrangements and got to the property many hours later feeling very frustrated. Just to add insult to the injury the day after arrival there was a loss of power in the entire building at night. Everything stopped working including the elevator to the 7th floor. They didn't restore the power until the late evening. It was very inconvenient.
