“Great Stay in Budapest”
Great modern clean hotel.

It was the various different reviews that my wife and I had read about the nh Hotel that caused us to book it in the first place. A modern, sleek hotel, it is in a great position for the wonderful public transport system that operates in Budapest. Our room was nice and airy. while the staff were all friendly and effecient. A great choice.

We used this hotel on a recent stag do, even though there were 12 roudy "lads" all the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, everything was easily within walking distance.
“Great Place!”
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very efficient, polite and spoke a variety of languages - idenitfiable by the flags on name badges. There was locked up bag store for guests who wanted to check in/out early. The lobby area was large with a bar and restaurant and internet facilities, also free newspapers. Breakfast was not included in the price that we were quoted and so we ate at local cafes and bakeries. Breakfast at the hotel was charged at 16 Euros which we thought was steep, since for a 3 course evening meal they charged 16.50 Euros. The hotel is approx 10 - 15 minutes walk away from the Parlament, but other main attractions were at least 30 minutes walk away. However there were a lot of amenities near to the hotel including bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets. The room in the hotel was clean and well kept. We were slightly surprised at the location of our room, te window looked down onto the lobby, which was a large atrium type structure. Luckily the room was air conditioned so we did not need to leave the window open and thus avoided any noise from the bar. If you requested it the room was cleaned and bedding and towels changed daily. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but we found that the amount of milk provided , limited you to just one cup each day. Overall we enjoyed our time in Budapest and found that the hotel was very good value for money and extremely comfortable.
