Great hotel with comfortable rooms. Between 2 metro stations which are both about 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Lovely bakery opposite which does great pastries for breakfast (Manfred Pekseg), we only tried it 2 days before leaving or we’d have been every day during our week’s stay. Some great looking restaurants along the same street which were reasonably priced. Also recommend the Crafty Fox on the corner for wide selection of craft beers.

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafés along a lovely sidestreet. Close to tram to get around city! Excellent underground parking too. Air conditioner in room was great especially in this hot summer. Thank you!

There is a reason this hotel is a little cheaper than other options available - avoid at all cost. On arrival to our room that we checked in for 5 nights, I found a bloody towel in my bathroom from a previous guest. I flagged this to reception and gave them the benefit of the doubt and just asked that all towels in the room be changed. Whilst waiting - I then proceeded to find blood sprayed all up the wall at the side of the bed which had not even been noticed let alone cleaned - i requested a move to another room (the manager sounded like this was an inconvenience to him!) and found that the new room was overall dirty too - toothpaste marks all over the walls in the bathroom etc - overall this hotel was dirty and in need of proper cleaning from staff.

In general, the staff were friendly and easy to approach. The room was clean, although relatively small. The biggest downside was the noise; 6am wake up calls from the cleaners on their phones outside the doors, couples with what seemed to be thin walls and sounds of people moving furniture (probably the cleaners in the other rooms). We could hear conversations from next door rooms.

Amazing staff and a amazing hotel. The room had everything you could want from a hotel. Only feedback which is not really needed is English channels on the TV. I usually don’t watch TV in hotels however the TV was the big that I wanted to at night but there was no channels that suited me.

Odd orientation of the bed
The bedroom was advertised as a double, and that it was, but... The bed was orientated sideways againts the wall with nothing at the head to prevent pillows from falling off. This somewhat made the sleep uncomfortable, though the matress was very comfy.

Great staff but very loud
Really nice staff but very very loud hotel. I spent 4 nights and had to move after the first night because I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. The second night the guest next door to my new room was speaking on the phone loud enough for me to be able to hear the words he was saying. The third night, the same room next to me had the television on very loudly and the fourth, a group of teenagers were in the room next to me speaking very loudly. Can also hear showers from other rooms. Staff are very attentive and kind and will help when they can but they cannot soundproof rooms!

This is a clean, dated property that serves a purpose as nothing more than a very average 3-star hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are tiny and whilst clean, are dated with marks on walls, chips off tiles and shower tray and a shower with a will of its own that wouldn’t stay pointed in the direction required due to worn fittings. The room is so small that the only way to fit a double bed in is to put it under the small high-level window. The swivel TV is on the desk, thus reducing working space and the chair at the desk is very low, making any attempt to work difficult. The room was too hot and I wasn't able to work out how to reduce it (even in November). There are tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, but I did not use them, Facilities in the hotel are extremely limited with a single bar that serves a hamburger and is a hummus specialty bar. I did not see anyone in there. There are a number of restaurants around and I used Mezcal and Mandarin up the street (20€ and 10€ for a reasonable meal respectively). Breakfast is acceptable, but nothing special with limited hot food and the other usual minimal offerings to be expected at breakfast. I would stay there again for convenience, price, and cleanliness, but with an appreciation of what to expect.

Good value for money. All you can eat breakfast also good value and plenty choice, need to get there early before all the pastries go. No croissants. Would rather the luxury extras be in the room, although free which was great, i had to ask at reception twice before finally getting slippers which you need cause the floors rather dusty. Good location, able to walk into centre easily. Bar always seemed to be closed no matter what time we got in. Dont want to be negative about the hotel cause we really enjoyed our stay there. As expected for the money we were paying. 😀

The hotel looks lovely from the outside and is even nicer inside. My room had plenty of space and it had everything in it that i needed. It was extremely clean and it was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bedding. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming, also very helpful in telling us how to get to different places. The adjoining Hummusbar is lovely, very clean and bright, with a large variety of meals. The meals we had while there were all cooked to order and tasted so nice. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and i will hopefully get chance to stay here again in the future.

Didnt find the spa as said on the property description, also front desk staff not that helpful, our prebooked airport shuttle was turned away and had to pay for additional taxi. Room was okay, the electric plugs were a hazard.otherwise pleasant stay.

Room provided on arrival was the smallest room I have ever seen in a hotel, room was also unclean, very dated and room/furniture looked very worn/tired. Reception, after much persuasion, offered us an alternative room, this was slightly bigger (could actually move in the room) but again not very clean, very dated and tired/worn. After notifying reception they said that there were no other rooms available and due to our booking with Expedia we were not able to cancel on the day, so could not have our money back and find another hotel. For our second night stay they provided a bigger room, but still the cleanliness and standard was the same as the other rooms. Other people at the hotel were also unhappy with rooms and were being moved to alternative rooms. Photos/descriptions on Expedia not accurate to reality. Breakfast has lots of options but quite average as to quality of food. Hotel is no where near a 4*, probably at best a 2*. Very disappointed.

Dont be fooled with pics
Rooms are not as good as they look on pictures. Cleaners do not fully clean your room. Old and tacky and mouldy shower. Always very hot in room - stuffy. The level is a 2 star hotel. Good location close to metro.

the best stay ever
The all stay was amazing. the hotel locate not far from the center. threre are 2 metro station near the hotel (5 minutes walking). the staff was welcoming. the answer to any question and help us find resurants, places and even taxi to the airport, allways with a smile (and even with some hebrew language). the cleaning staff was pleasant and kind. The food was very good (the lacho was amazing) and also the food at the humus bar and the staff were very good. the room was big, worm and comfortable. At our nest stay in budapest we will certainty stay at leonardo hotel.

It was ok
It was just fine. Felt it was too small space. Literally I couldnt fit into the bathroom. Even the beds and mattress wasnt too comfortable. Hotel itself was nice so is their customer service. Breakfast was pretty good as well. For the price can consider..
