Dear Qianhui, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Our goal is 100% guest satisfaction, but Europe is in a very difficult economic situation. Due to the war raging next door, the European Union is officially hit by an energy crisis. We are still in a more fortunate position than the neighboring countries, because with proper management we can ensure a pleasant temperature in the hotel. Of course, we also had to rethink the previous, unsustainable energy use. Central heating is limited to the period when guests are staying in the hotel. The intermediate period is solved with mobile heaters, thus ensuring all-day heating of the hotel.
