we were pretty late the first name and the guy at the front desk was pretty useless, he barely said two words to us, no information about the area, hotel or even the password. the next 2 days were a lot better, the rest of the staff was great, breakfast was amazing and the maid was SO KIND. She was sweet enough to do my laundry after my daughter threw up on our clothes (free of charge).

Ups and Downs...
The location of this hotel is a little sketchy and rundown, but don't let this deter you. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely. The downside comes with the overall attitude to service and hospitality. The shower was completely covered with body fat/dirt/grease, giving an overall orange and nasty feel to the bathroom. Our room had a glass panel over the top of the desk which had a chip on one side, and a large crack on the other side. Very dangerous, I actually caught my hand on the side at one point. When we mentioned this to the front of house team they told us that the knew about it, but it hadn't been fixed yet. It blows my mind that they could leave sharp edged, broken glass in a hotel room knowingly! It doesn't take fixing, it needs taking off and replacing when they can. The hotel has a steam room and jacuzzi in a small spa area underneath the building. It's a very pleasant area however the water was cold when we went, so we couldn't stay in the jacuzzi. There was also confusion about the payment for this service, in the room is stated 130 lei, whereas downstairs they were charging 200 lei. Overall, a lovely hotel, in an interesting part of town, despite this it's a great spot for exploring the parks in the south of the city, and a short distance to the old town.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, the food was really nice. Staff were very friendly and would help as much as they could. The only thing the room was missing for me was tea and coffee making facilities.

Cosy, boutique hotel that serves as a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bucharest. About 15 minutes or so walk to the Old Town via the water fountains so you have to know your way back from the centre. Room was retro and comfortable. Recommended.

The place to stay.
Great hotel. Stored luggage while we were on another trip for a couple of days. Everything you need in the room including refrigerator. Great resturant. Very accommodating staff. Will definitely stay again if we ever return.

Started off so well. The two lady receptionist were very friendly and helpful. But on the last night, without warnings, there was a wedding party - an extremely loud one! As i had a 2am flight i asked the man on the front desk when it would end. He couldnt hear me over the noise and was also extremely rude. He said it would end around 10pm and that it was still early. I chose this hotel for it quietness. I was so disappointed by his reaction

Nice stylish boutique hotel
Nice boutique hotel in a quieter neighborhood. Not far from public transportation to get you into old town and we even walked the entire way one evening. The included breakfast with our booking was very nice. Only a little confusion for us when wait staff told us we had to pay for it after we checked out of hotel, just communication issue. They kept our luggage all day on last day, no charge.

The location was quite good if you do not mind walking. Approximately 15 min walk to mcdonalds, a small mall, a 20 min. Walk to the presidential palace. A lovely hotel, very quiet area, huge rooms very clean. There is no elevator and staff did not volunteer to help with luggage.

It would be nice to have maps of Bucharest available for guests. Most hotels provide tourist brochures and maps. I asked for a map but they didn’t have any. Just one to use at the desk.

Nice Hotel in Bucharest
It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very accommodating, especially since I arrived after midnight. There was free internet, which was very useful. The hotel was pretty central which made it easy to get to from the airport and to the bus terminal.

Lovely classy hotel In a quiet location.
I stayed at this hotel in March 2018 for 3 nights. I found all the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a lot of character and is designed to a very high specification. The room was very clean and very comfortable especially the bed. The food is cooked and presented to a high standard. The hotel is situated in a quiet location and only short taxi trip into the main town. I would definitely go back again to this hotel, and would highly recommend it to other people. I found that the manager Gabreila was excellent in making my stay very special. Thank you for making my stay very special. Graham

Nice hotel. The location was not great, maybe 20 minutes from the city center. Restaurant was fantastic great omelet and oat meal dishes there. The service on the night of my arrive was trash. The receptionist was dismissive even with my 2230 arrival. He was more concerned with his cellular phone than aiding me in my check in.

Cherie Hotel Boutique is a small hotel situated in a quiet suburb of Budapest within easy walking distance of the city centre. The hotel staff were personable and polite. We only stayed one night but the beds were comfortable and our rooms were spotless. If I were visiting Bucharest again, we would happily stay there again.

Nice little place on the Old Town outskirt.
A quiet and clean place, very enjoyable as this is a tiny hotel which offers many things. However, it is not so easy to go around to get to the second floor with cases as one has to take one's own up and down.We specially loved the bed and pillows. Nice staff overall doing their best to make you appreciate the charm of their place.

An absolute disaster with no wifi. Woke up to have a cold shower for some reason they couldn't get hot water nor get a wifi signal in our room and they were rude and non apologitec about the whole situation. The staff answer we are full we really don't care if one customer is mesirable

Steps to old square
This was our first trip to Prague and while we didn't love Prague itself, this hotel was just perfect. Steps to the old square it's convenient. The decor is perfect. No air conditioning which isn't bad since the weather is great. However our room faces the street and the noise from having our windows open for air was inconvenient. I would recommend the rooms which face the street to have AC. I would stay again for sure if we ever decide to visit Prague again.

Great hotel
Hotel is wonderful, the staff super friendly and helpful. It's a short walk (and I mean short) from the old city, meaning you get all the benefits without all the foot traffic and bar noise. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would 100% recommend and would stay there again!

Charming Hotel, Cute Neighborhood
Once you get over the somewhat alarmingly bridal aesthetic of the hotel, it's a very pleasant, calm, and secluded place to stay. If you're looking for the frenetic night life of Old Town, this is not the place from you. It's about a kilometer walk from Piata Unirii (maybe less), but the walk is through a charming residential area and shows you a different side of Bucharest than you see when you're visiting the monuments and museums. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was clean and bright and comfortable with a view of the tree-filled garden next door and the spreading roofs of Bucharest in the distance. I very much enjoyed my stay here; it was so relaxing.

Nice experience in Romania
Not a bad place or experience. The location of the hotel is its only drawback, its on a small street in a neighborhood. Good rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is included with your stay. I had no issues with check in or check out. The hotel lacks an elevator though, but the staff will help with your bags.

Small beds (twin) not even much space to tuck a blanket around - and im size 10...., room not cleaned, except towels changed and bed straightened (not even cover put back on). Massaged advertised, when asked - available only if you also pay the taxi for the masseur... Curtain half torn down (maybe by me when closing in the evening, not sure) so it stayed during both days. Otherwise quite pretty room, not so nice location even though 20 min from the old town.

The hotel is beautifully decorated! The beds are very comfortable! The only compliant I have is that our sink wasn't drainage well in the bathroom and gave of a nasty smell but that's an easy fix. Bathroom was very spacious and the shower was great!

I liked the hotel and it was good value, but I certainly didn't love it. Not all of the staff were friendly and helpful. In fact a few were pretty rude to us. To start with, the map we were presented with on arrival was awful and in no way helpful. The so called spa area is a little shabby. With no candles of music it lacks atmosphere. Whatever about being changed it use it, it was really ridiculous that we had to pay to use the robes without knowing we had too. Also, my friends had to pay for the area during their massage. That was a bad experience for them because the masseuse clearly hadn't a clue what she was doing. The other thing that was annoying was the extra charges at breakfast. Only one drink was allowed and it seemed like a real inconvenience to ask them for something else. They got the order wrong on the last morning and then didn't bring us additional drinks and food we asked for. Overall staying there was ok. The rooms, breakfast area and outdoor area are nice, but they need to improve on customer service and hospitality.

Overall experience is good hotel staff were very helpful but the only thing is they can't provide any tourist tour.So we just presume that it must be the season .Unlike in the other places that I been that there so many available tourist tours being offered .So me and my friend explored the city on our own and gone beyond up to Brazov. Hotel does not supply a welcome pack nor a daily complementary water ,teas and coffee and a water Kettle in the room.And no hair dryer being supplied when in fact it's a necessity on this weather. But otherwise our stay is worth it with the cheap deal we had.

Good, but a few issues
I stayed there on New Year's Eve. I was pleased with everything except two things. The lunch I had was good, but the dinner took forever to arrive and it wasn't that great. Maybe it was because it was busy for the holiday. Also, the hotel advertises a spa with massages, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. There was no massage available, which was a let down.

I didn't expect the hotel to look as good as it did in the pictures honestly. Very nice and cozy, very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As a Romanian living abroad, I would've liked the restaurant to have some traditional food, but it doesn't. I wasn't at all impressed with the menu (or the prices), not too much to chose from, not much on the menu for me, but the dishes I've tried were obviously made with fresh ingredients, they looked really nice too.

Wonderful stay!
Very friendly staff, very good service especially to the guy who met us at reception, carried our luggages, served us breakfast and gave my kids the valentine day balloons. My kids really love those balloons! Hotel is clean, family-friendly, nicely decorated, good location, free parking and the breakfast menu is really wonderful!

Die Qualität des Basiszimmers war unzureichend (Defekte Möbel, Müll von früheren Gästen unter dem Bett, schmutziges Geländer). Seifen, Shampoo usw. waren genügend vorhanden. Der komplette Spa-Bereich kann nicht ohne vorherige Reservation und Stundenabrechnung (ca. 50 Euro/h) benutzt werden.
