“good hotel, bad neighbourhood”

The hotel itself was really good, but the neighbourhood wasn't. Breakfast was O.K. and the hotel was very quiet. It was really hard to find the hotel as there is no sign outside and the street itself is quite small.

“Fresh, modern and centrally located.”

The Hotel was very fresh and modern. The rooms were simple but tastefully decorated. Our room was immaculate upon our arrival and there were maids each day to make the beds and provide fresh towels. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were not very good. Staff were polite, friendly and eager to help and chat to us. Staff advised us on local attractions and where best to go for drinks and eating. They also printed out several maps and subway diagrams for us. A continental breakfast was served each morning. After missing breakfast one morning one of the staff kindly offered to make us breakfast. Overall our experience of the hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it. Thanks

“Petit hôtel sympathique”

Petit hôtel refait à neuf, aménagé avec goût (design), pas très loin du centre ville (environ 15 minutes). Seul bémol : la rue dans lequel il se trouve, et sa fréquentation à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit (destabilisant au départ, mais finalement aucun problème à déplorer). Je le recommanderais tout de même car l'accueil y est très sympathique et très professionnel.

hôtel très design et chambre agréable et très spacieuse, mais insonorisation pas terrible, surtout quand la rue devient très passagère notamment en soirée...

“Hotel refait à neuf avce gout. Bon accueil et confort excellent pour le prix”

Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et décorées avec goût (l'hotel a été refait en 2010). . L'accueil est agréable. L'hotel est situé à moins de 15 minutes à pied de la grande place. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Seule ombre au tableau, la rue où se trouve l'hotel n'est pas bien fréquentée le soir, ce qui peut poser problème lorqu'on est une femme seule ou en famille.

“Great hotel for the price”

The Theater Hotel was excellent value for money, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable - we weren't even phased by having to climb three sets of windy stairs to get there. The hotel is in the red light district, and even though we arrived in the middle of the day there were lots of women on the street already. However, we never felt threatened, even when walking back at night, and it was only 10 minutes walk from Grand Place! Also quite close to Gard du Nord which was very convenient.
