The style of the property is a bit dated but everything is in a very good condition. The breakfast buffet was included and very nice. There is a lot of roadworks in the are which made the visit noisy. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel lacked facilities to have some snacks or lunch during the day, apart from a vending machine. The location is very central and extremely walkable to the railway station

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The attitude was very professional. Well done! The breakfast was good and varied. The room was relatively spacious. However, the mattress was way too soft and spongy, which led to a rather uncomfortable rest. Electrical outlets in the room were few and badly located. The toilet flushing was very weak. The TV in the room was extremely small and inconveniently placed. The choice of channels was poor and the quality of the analogue reception was not good. Digital reception was not available - very old-fashioned. The overall furnishings and installations in the room were in need of renovation.

The Hotel Le Dome is excellent value. It is located across the street from the Metro and is about 15 minutes from the Grand Place on foot. There is a good restaurant - Le Pêcheur - located next door. Breakfast is included and it is excellent. The woman in charge of breakfast was very nice and efficient. Some less positive points. The room was not air-conditioned. There was a fan that helped a little at night. We did not spend any time in the room during the day. The fluorescent light in the bathroom took a little while to light up. But, in general, I give LLe Dôme a good rating. On the negative

Disappointed not real star rating.
I did book 4 star hotel what I check in website, when we arrive they taking us to another building, there room is horrible, no internet WIFI at all, I will attached some photo look which TV have in this room Calling 4star hotel unbelievable, shower head was horrible, but with my experience traveling this hotel not have even 1 star , staff was very good, but hotel was horrible, Anyway we have good time in Brussels but with hotel im not happy at all was very bad. Thank you.

The area was nice and a great price especially at short notice. It included breakfast but never had time to check what it was like. The room was clean but lacked a bit of space. WiFi was good. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable but was good overall.This hotel is a good area if you like shopping, very close to Rogier Metro and walk-able to the main stations.

Had a bedroom that was noisy. Could hear traffic. Matteress on bed gave me a back ache. Bathroom needs to be updated. Shower head sprays water out so was not so save as hot water and cold water from the tap were not so easy to adjust to the right temperature. Therefore the hot hotel sprayed out of the shower head. The hot food, scramble eggs were just warm and not the right temperature. Breakfast room was freezing.

Bad room, for good price
I don't usually write my review, but this time I though others should know. The room I received is average size and had a bath. Limited toiletry. Old... kept closed and smelled. No air-conditioning. The room heaters were working and would not close. I asked the reception to have the heating closed as the room was pretty warm, I was told that it will be done - tomorrow. It was not. No internet connection, though it publishes free internet availability. The beds are soft and jumpy, low quality mattress. I was looking for a hard mattress. Old tube television. Maybe 20 inch. Low reception. There was a fridge in the room - it did not work. Basic breakfast. Edible. The price should have been a sign. The price of average 105 Euros per day including breakfast. Cheap compared to other hotels in the area.

Not 4 Star by any means except the location
As the last person said, this is definitely NOT a 4star hotel. If YOU have ever stayed in a 4star hotel, Boutique or Not,you will automatically realize that this is not 4star upon arrival. I’ll give a small list of things that are misleading and the 2things I thought were good about it. Hope this helps you in deciding! 1st there is no complimentary water in the room (basic even at a 2 star hotel) I confirmed that they didn’t just forget to put water in the room and they said “no none is provided”. 2. For a “4 star” there should be a thermostat to control the temperature in the room but all they have is a standing fan that you can plug into the socket after you unplug the tv. Which does not cool down the room it only is a fan. 3. Breakfast breakfast breakfast. Defiantly not 4star. Its was very basic, scrambled eggs only, and undercooked sausage and bacon. 1 choice of cereal and two choices of juice. To be honest it was like breakfast you would find at a Motel or 1 star hotel. Also, they served the same thing every day, and one day it was actually cold food. My husband got food poisoning. No choice of granolas, cereals, fruit, veggies, breads, eggs cooked as you wish, etc as you would find and you expect at a 4star hotel. Had they advertised this place as a 2 star, then I would have been happy with the honesty. What was good and maybe that’s where they get the 4stars from is the location and the water pressure. 10€ more,you can go to Crowne plaza across the ST

best part of the hotel is the central location. Hotel is old to be given 4 stars. Has small monitor as tv with only one english channel and most channels did not have good reception. Staff were nice. Breakfast below average, price is good. Need to refurbish the rooms.

Booked three nights initially, with some apprehension given the negative reviews, but I ended up staying 15 days with FULL SATISFACTION. My room was very quiet, very spacious, very clean, with decent furniture (NOT Ikea-like; far better) and SUPERB WIFI, decent Cable TV, a fully functional small fridge and portable air-conditioner, all of this in what could be the best location in Brussels. What more could you ask? OK, the downside is indeed the breakfast; Buffet but needs improvement. May I suggest omelette and waffle station; very easy to accomplish and will vastly improve this hotel.

The property is older and in need of updating. The bed was very low to the ground and the shower faded hot to cold. The free breakfast was not the best, the coffee tasted burnt and the eggs were horrible. On the positive side, the hotel was clean. The location is good, about a block walk to a major shopping block, 50 feet to the underground tram, and a 5 minute walk to Nord.

There is much room for improvement. The hotel is outdated. The breakfast is very basic. While I stayed in the hotel, for 3 nights, there were always problems with the internet access; it worked only for very short periods of time, really harming the work I had to do. The price was too high for the value offered by the hotel.

The location of the place is great for public transportation walking distance to train station, metro station in front of the hotel. Ask for a back yard room because the street is noisy.

Great hotel
On vacation for 4 days! Very satisfied with my stay and experience. No problems with the staff, they were very helpful and spoke both French and English very well. My room was clean and comfortable. Internet was fine. TV a little small but had many channels with different languages. Shower was great, I had to pull down the curtain, because it was to high and the water was getting out. The small refrigerator was a little loud, I turned it off. Breakfast decent, not much of diversity, but it was good enough for me. I Would suggest a better door locks and a safe in the rooms. Overall, I liked the hotel, very well situated, about 10 minutes walk to Grand-Place, and the Brussels north station is about 5 minutes. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely book again.

Very hot weather!
Very impressed with the hotel, the staff and the breakfast. Weather was very hot and the room was extremely hot and noisy although it was a beautiful huge room. After the first night we asked if there was a cooler and quieter room and the receptionist was very helpful and we were able to move and have a much more comfortable night, also in a lovely big room.
