“Great hotel”
The hotel was clean and comfortable with furnishings of a high standard. Our room was very spacious. The staff were helpful and obliging, especially the young male receptionist upon whom we called at 10 pm on our first night to exchange an allergy-inducing feather duvet and pillows for synthetic ones. My mother was travelling with a broken wrist and the staff were very helpful to her, asking what they could do to help her. The area was quiet but fairly central, very near a tram intersection from which we could go to town, to the Eurostar train station, and out to suburban sites. The staff offered us a discounted rate for breakfast at the weekend, which we took up. The range and quality of the breakfasts was good, with the usual buffet style arrangement of hot and cold food, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, juice and hot drinks. A note left in our room by the cleaning staff advised that if we opted not to have the room cleaned we would earn a 5 euro voucher towards food/drink.
“Brussels break”
Very good hotel. Breakfast not included and was quite expensive.
“Très très bon hôtel”
Un accueil très sympathique Chambre avec des lits king size et une très très bonne literie Nous sommes plus que ravis de notre séjour
“Excellent value - superb staff, clean hotel. Highly recommended.”
This was a great hotel. Very clean, excellent service. Front desk staff was very helpful and spoke english. Computers available with Internet service at hotel (beside front desk). A bit far from the "centre" of town, but close to nice shopping and plenty of places to eat.
“A very pleasent comfortable hotel.”
Welcomed by the hotel receptionist like an old friend, which set aside any frustration we may have felt from our journey. The room was very comfortable with all the usual facilities. The bed was really very comfortable and for a hotel very large. Breakfast was good and whilst we did not have any other meals there the menu looked quite appealing. The location just 75meters from Louise with two tram routes and at least two bus routes within 2 minutes walk made it a very convenient place to stay. It is a few minutes walk from Place Ferdinand Cocq where there are a number of good restaurants ranging in price from affordable to whew! I would definately stay at the hotel again should I travel to Brussels in the future. The only drawback is that the room prices escalate on Sunday evening and for the rest of the week due I expect to the EU being in town. I would suggest the hotel is a weekend venue rather than a weekday place to stay.
“great experience!”
the staff was extremely cordial and spoke english very well. the room was whisper quiet and we had a nice view of a garden, but were only a minute's walk away from the tram! the bathroom was very nice as well. and it certainly was spacious for a european hotel!
“Nice hotel”
Friendly staff, very clean and very comfortable - the hotel is a little out of the way but that wasn't a problem, easy walking distance to whereever you'd want to go - we'd go back, strongly recomended!
“Couldn't fault it”
A clean, comfortable, safe hotel at a very reasonable price. Location was ideal for me as it was close to where my brother lives, however it was a short tram ride from the centre so you may wish to bear this in mind.
“Typical business hotel”
Nothing to complain about. Clean and well run. Polite, efficient and friendly staff. Probably not much in the way of atmosphere but what do you want from a business orientated hotel. I would go back should I return to Brussels
“Would Stay in Again”
My husband and I have stayed in various hotels in different countries (Ireland, Scotland, England) and so far Four Points Sheraton has been the best. We confused times for a tour we were supposed to take and missed the tour. The hotel staff got on the phone and fixed it so we could take a later tour that same day - no charge. It rained and they lent us an umbrella so we could still walk around the city. The room was comfortable and made a nice home away from home for a week. Wellness Center had a great hot tub.
