“All of our positive expectations were met.”

The hotel staff were kind and extremely helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfasts were delicious. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the shopping and sightseeing in the town. Aside of some water stains on the bathroom ceiling, the hotel was well kept, clean and very well appointed.

“nice and sweet”

A cosy hotel in a nice location, just a short walk (about 20 mins) from the city centre and main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

“excellent location, price and breakfast”

I had a large comfortable and quiet room in this well placed and quiet street off the Avenue Louise. The breakfast buffet included in the price was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would go back.

“A little gem”

Very impressed with the hotel, the rooms were very spacious, the bed was very comfy, our room was very quiet (at the back) you wouldn't know you were in the city. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good, although we didn't have the English Breakfast provided and chose the Continental which was tasty and fresh. One hotel I can recommend.

“Where is the shower curtain?”

The hotel was well located and the service was excellent. Breakfast was a hot buffet and was good quality. The bed had the imprints of previous users but was still comfortable but the strange thing was that there was no shower curtain in the shower causing water to go everywhere if we weren't careful... that was our only issue with this hotel.

“Great value for price”

Small hotel, but very clean. Personal are friendly. Excellent location. Walking distance from metro and tram station. Surrounded by many restaurants and shopping places.
