Avoid until building work opposite over.
They have major building opposite and builders hammering through the single glazing. So noisy I had to check out after one night as could not sleep.

Second time at this B&B. Good location in Ixelle region of brussels. Had small problem as could not find TV remote. Called mobile number provided and quickly resolved. Instrctions for getting in without assistance worked well. Will stay agsin.

You should have told about the unusual check in
There was no one to help me and my phone didn’t work. My cab driver called for me so I was ok. You should report the unusual check in before we buy the ticket. I was a woman alone and it could have been dangerous.

I wasn't able to stay and on top of it they charged me with poor planning and they weren't able to refund back my money. Extremely disappointed!

room could do with airing. but it was comfortable
Quite and unusual place. You let yourself in with a code emailed to you and don't see anyone. But it worked well. The room was a bit fusty and need a good air, it would definitely benefit from an extractor fan in the bathroom. But it was good value and i would stop again. I liked that you could held yourself to things in the kitchen area, was nice to come in and make a cup of tea.

A creepy and ugly experience.
The worst ever hotel I ever seen. Pictures on the website far away to the reality. Continental breakfast?A couple of piece of break and black cafe. Noisy area. Uncomfortable. I don't recommend that place to anybody. A famous brand like Hotel.com can't advertise a hotel like this on 4 stars. That's a 2 star hotel.

Cute room in nice part of town
Tricky to find and very specific hours that you can check in- be sure to read the email with instructions first. Luckily a nearby chain hotel helped me find this unmarked home on a side-street. It was quite cute, once found and cleaned for my stay (they really don't do early or midday check-ins). The top "red" room was wonderful with a little balcony I imagine would be great in warmer seasons. It's nearby the tram and some good coffee shops and places to eat. Very easy public transit into the center or to the train station. It's not a "B&B" in a sense that they actually cook you breakfast, which US travelers might be accustomed. There's no one there in the morning and it's a serve yourself pastries and nespresso deal. Leaves a bit to be desired honestly. So don't come expected a yummy, homemade breakfast but a cute room in a nice part of town.

There is no one to assist on site. I wrote to the proprietor to explain that the adaptor provided does not fit in any of the sockets, and a new adaptor appeared right away in my room, but it was the same adaptor as the one that did not fit in any of the sockets, so it did not fit either. By then I had borrowed one from someone at work, so I did not write back.

Quirky in Louise
Hotel BeandBe is a slightly unusual concept, in that you don't see anyone and it's all very much self-service. However, this is quite refreshing and makes a difference to the standard dull business hotel. I loved the fact you could wander downstairs, make a cup of tea and chat with the other residents. A sign on the front door would be nice though, as I walked past it 3 times before finding it. I would stay again, no doubt.

Nice enough but was basically an apartment you let yourself in and out of. Was clean but basic. Noisy neighbourhood and room was way too warm so slept poorly with windows open.

Unwelcoming and inconvenient
Firstly, there is no reception so you are required to get a code to gain access to your hotel. We were unaware of this and did not have a code to get it. It was a nightmare trying to find a contact for the hotel. thankfully the people down the road at the little cafe let us use their phone. After about 2 hours of being stranded on the street with all our luggage we finally managed to get the access code.There is no air conditioning and the stairs to the 3rd floor are pretty steap. Other than the very unwelcoming vibe from the lack of staff and reception, it was quite nice. In a pretty good area too.

Clean and Quaint, a bit lonely.
The Be and Be was a quaint 3 story Flemish house with 3 stories, a room on each. I was on my own in the house as the landlady is not around and the promised woman in the morning with fresh bread didn't appear. I felt slightly vulnerable. I also couldn't get a signal on my phone to make calls but could connect to the Be and Be Wi Fi. The Wi Fi address on the card in the room was wrong with an additional 'S' on the end, but the one on the paper info I had was right. It was immaculately clean and modern in decor. Opposite the Sheraton Hotel. Good to be able to wander around kitchen and dining room as if at home and make a cup of tea! Amazing bath in Grey Room. Saved the day.

Pleasant and Private Place to See
It is about a 25 minute walk to the Downtown Brussels Area. Also, parking is limited and there is not a designated spot. Overall, the place was clean, private, and small. Very friendly staff.

Great guesthouse
Unique and authentic guesthouse, with 3 nice comfortable and decently sized rooms on a floor each, with nice shower room and TV. No staff in attendance, but this didn't matter with the clear information provided. Included was a fridge stocked with free refreshments. Breakfast was very basic and self-service (toast and cereal). The promised croissants didn't materialise, which was disappointing, and the only coffee was from a Nespresso machine. This had no instructions, and judging from the number of wasted pods, provides a challenge for most guests to understand how to use. These few minor breakfast issues aside, I'd definitely recommend this lovely little guesthouse and hope to stay again soon.

Location, location, location!
Excellent location, modern plumbing, small rooms. The biggest drawback are the stairs, which is narrow and winding, not for elderly with luggages. On the third floor room, barely any shelves nor hanger space, but if the weather is good the only terrace might be a welcome addition. The breakfast was a bit skimpy, no fresh croissants as advertised in a week we were there. Overall, good for budget minded.

Good idea and location; quiet after trams stop
Self-service B&B in good location but spoilt for me by lack of advertised breakfast service (no fresh rolls or croisants) and on;y one choice of cereal. Comfortable bed, warm room, excellent bathroom. Other amenities consistent with advertising. Interesting house architecturally, but room access up steep spiral staircase not suited for large case or tired/disabled traveller. In good art nouveau/deco area; good local restaurants. good communications with tram services over city; metro about 20 mins stroll. I probably would not return as I know some small hotels in the area with more facilities at similar price but worth trying if you wish to be different. Minimalist.

I recommend this hotel
There is not kichen in my room. But I did not it my training was in same street and all breakfast lunch dinner served by training company. Bathroom is excellent. Hotel place is very good near to train station markets cafes and city center. The only problem is street traffic noise which starting morning early hours wasting trucks ... But it was same my other friends hotel. Nothing to do for this one. So thank you for this comfortable hotel.

Heizung funktionierte nicht
Als ich ins Zimmer kam, funktionierte die Heizung nicht, dementsprechend war es sehr kalt. Es war zwar ein Heizstrahler im Raum, es hat jedoch sehr lange gedauert bis das Zimmer aufgeheizt war. Den Fernseher konnte ich nicht nutzen, da der Heizstrahler an dieser Steckdose angeschlossen war. Ich musste das Hotel um 7:30 Uhr verlassen. Leider war kein Frühstück fertig, so dass ich ohne Frühstück los musste. Es wäre deshalb wichtig in der Hotelbeschreibung zu erwähnen, ab wann das Frühstück gereicht wird.

On remarque pas que c'est un hôtel ce n'est pas indiqué j'ai mis 15 minutes avant de le trouver. Petit déjeuner non servis obligé de faire son propre petit déjeuner couvert mis pour 4 personnes au lieu de 6 j'ai du préparer le repas pour tout le monde assiette et bol mis en bas de l'évier avec des produits ménager Le lampadaire extérieur éclair comme en plein jour. De la circulation du matin jusqu'au soir. Aucun accueil des notre arrivée obligé de ce débrouiller seule. Chambre pas préparé des nôtres arrivée obligé d'attendre une heure supplémentaires ce n'était pas ce qui était marqué sur notre mail.

Expediaでは4つ星になっていますが、ホテルではなくB&Bです。同じ建物の中に3つの部屋がありました。 ホテルのように受付があるわけではなく、予約後に部屋番号と注意事項や部屋のロックナンバーがメールで送られてきました。滞在中もスタッフの方と顔を合わせることはなかったです。（外出中にベッドメイクやタオルの交換はしていただいていたようでした）地上階に共同で食事をとれるテーブルとミニキッチンがあり、パン・ミルク・ジャムなどが置いてありますが、卵やベーコンはなく、コンロもありませんでした。 4つ星と期待するとがっかりする点がいくつかありますが、部屋は大きなスーツケースを広げても相当余裕があるほど広く、水のサービスもあり、市内中心部からのアクセスも割と便利で、総じて悪くなかったと思います。

Heel leuk en charmant plekje in een levendige buurt. Spijtig genoeg waren de lakens niet aangepast aan het weer (enkel donsdeken bij 30C) en was het ontbijt niet zoals geadverteerd (de koelkast bevatte enkel soft drinks en geen yogurt noch fruitsap).

Pour quelques euros de plus, changez d'endroit.
Aucune présence dans l'immeuble. Chambre à la déco douteuse. Propreté à revoir surtout dans la partie salle de bain. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Bruits du Metro 3 niveaux en dessous. Machine à café en panne et petit déjeuner pauvre.

Surprenant rapport qualité /prix.
L'arrivée est un stress incroyable (j'étais avec ma fille de 8 ans et 3 valises) :aucune indication devant le 30 de la rue , on ne sait pas si c'est un hotel , personne à la réception. Aucun code pour entrer on est censé l avoir reçu par mail .l'accueil et la chambre ne correspondent absolument pas à un 4 étoiles :c'est un 2 étoiles amélioré. Heureusement que hôtel.Com ma bien dépanné et a fait venir la responsable en 30 minutes .Une fois installé tout va bien. Belle salle de bain et bon petit déjeuner mais quelle tristesse de se réveiller sans personne dans l'hôtel. C'est sans doute le monde hôtelier du futur l'humain disparaît remplacé par des codes. A part ça la gérante est très gentille ...par téléphone lorsqu'on a un problème. ..voilà
