We had an issue with the pet friendly part of our stay but it was resolved conveniently. Property was very clean and great breakfast. They are in the middle of some renovation but had no affect on our stay, they did great with keeping the construction separate from guests. I would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean and in good shape—and met our needs well. Not having an elevator would be a problem for some guests, but we managed easily.

We stayed here for a family weekend getaway. Check -in was quick the lady who assisted with that was polite knowledgeable and welcoming. The rooms were sufficient and clean. Common areas were neat clean and available. Parking was ample. Only negative was staff could be slightly rude and unwelcoming.

No upkeep on the room. Dirty bed linens. Shower door is not for this style shower. Pain the butt. Breakfast was 5/10. A place to sleep and keep you warm

Very clean but the heater didn't work well-took a long time to heat the room. Getting our luggage into the hotel was difficult since I had to hold the door open while moving the luggage carrier. Automatic doors would have been helpful

Our first room smelled heavily of smoke, which was prohibited, but the staff quickly moved us to a nice room on another floor. It’s an older hotel but the beds were comfortable.

Great Stay
We had a great stay! Room was clean, bathroom was plenty big and the breakfast wasnt too bad! Hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Even got to see some deer. Would stay here again!

Quality wasn't great
There were several things to improve. First of all, there is no elevator and the desk did not even ask me if we wanted to be on 2nd or first floor. They gave us the second floor even though the hotel was EMPTY. My 81-year-old mother wasn't going to climb stairs. Fortunately, they then gave us a 1st floor room. Next, the drink vending machine was empty for our entire stay. The desk clerk didn't seem to have any idea that it was or have anything to say but "sorry". Third, the room did not smell freshly cleaned and the thermostat on the unit didn't work properly as the room was boiling unless we ran the AC. This was winter. Quality left something to be desired

The property is poorly maintained. We had a strong dog pee smell in the room. My daughter couldn't sleep because of it. A very small and old bathroom. This stay didn't worth the money paid. The breakfast is very poor too. My orange juice was mainly a water, not a juice.

Decent location, overpriced
An ok place but probably not worth $100+ per night. No room service at all for stays of less than 3 nights. Fro t desk staff were friendly, professional and nice. Breakfast was under average. All cold food; not hot food. Decent & safe location

Very nice hotel
It was an easy check in. The room was very clean. Had a fridge and a microwave. Modern and updated everything. Was also very quiet even on a Saturday night.

Hotel was off the main road and thus quiet. Check-in and -out were easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were dated but clean. Breakfast was minimal and outright poor for those who cannot consume gluten or dairy.

Beds were comfortable. Compared to other hotels the breakfast seemed minimal. But it was only a one night stay as we were passing through the area. It was sufficient. My biggest complaint is that our room AC was set to such a cold temp before we arrived. But that was fixable within a few minutes.

The hotel is has easy access to the highway. Desk is occupied 24 hrs. a day. Included breakfast is your basic hotel fare.

Fine stopping spot, but but pricey for what we got
We need a hotel at last minute and ended up here. The hotel shower was nice, the breakfast was ok (waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit) but the property is a little dated. For the high price (it was on a Saturday night), I would have preferred to stay at a bigger chain with a hot breakfast, but everything was booked for last minute.
