“Quite satisfied”
The hotel was modern and well presented. Our room was clean and regularly serviced. Facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The only maintenance problem in the room was promptly attended to. Staff were polite and helpful and there was provision to hold luggage until our flight out.
“Would be up there with Cable Beach and Pinctada Resort”
A really great hotel. Only a year or so old, so its clean and fresh. The room was large which meant there was enough room to move around. Nice kitchen and lounge area also. Great view of the pool and its really close to town.

Hotel and staff fab. Only let down was is was in Broome. Town awful. Felt unsafe there. harassed by the native Australians. Also very dirty. Very let down with the hype. Also Very expensive. Ripped off so wont be going to Broome again.
“Happy with the Oaks Broome”
The Oaks Broome provided good quality and comfortable accommodation in a reasonable location. The grounds are fairly sterile and could do with some trees or shrubbery and perhaps a bar around the pool area, but would imagine that this will come with time, as the Oaks is fairly new.
“New style Hotel”
Liked the Microwave and great space in my room with 2 comfortable easy chairs, good TV and DVD setup. The restaurant meals - breakfast and dinner were fine and not expensive - the cafe is not open during the day which is not so good but the room does have tea/coffee making facilities.
“A diffinate place to stay in broome”
staff where very helpful in all ways, friendly. hotel was very clean and better than expected pool is big and has a friendly family appeal would recommend for any person or family to stay at this hotel
“"AN EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST"”
The hotel itself was comfortable and reasonably clean, the staff were apathetic and a little short of providing a good service, the food was the hotels major downfall, if you stay at the Oaks, eat elsewhere! The $16 continental brekky was very ordinary, you would find a better selection in your own pantry, the $20 full english brekky consisted of an extra piece of bakon and a withered sausage. The straw that broke the camels back was the hotel hosted a 21st birthday celebration right in the middle of the hotel accommodation, our neighbours had screaming youths banging on their doors and windows at midnight, broken glass in the communal toilets, why on earth would a 4.5 star hotel host a 21st next to the pool in the middle of the accommodation, I hope the Oaks administration compensate the poor couple who were targeted by these drunken, foul mouthed deadbeats, it would have recked their holiday. Lift your game "Oaks" !!!
