Welcome to Northland Inn, the Midwest's premier all-suite hotel. This 8 story atrium hotel was designed to make you feel right at home; which is why we've included a variety of services and activities to help you relax, stay active, and enjoy your time with us. You'll have complimentary access to our Health Club, which features a fitness center, indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Conveniently located off I-94, the Northland is just minutes from downtown, with its numerous sports arenas, cultural attractions, and shopping destinations, including the Mall of America®. You'll feel right at home in our spacious suites, where private bedrooms, and comfortable furnishings will set the stage for a memorable stay in the Twin Cities area.

All of our comfortably-appointed suites surround an eight-story atrium and offer an array of amenities. Each suite features a spacious Work Desk with an executive chair, private separate bedroom, sleeper sofa, complimentary local calls, two phones with voicemail, two televisions with cable and current pay-per-view movies, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron with board, hairdryer, and in-room safe.

“Great value!”
In the Twin Cities it is hard to find a hotel that is well maintained and a good value. The Northland Inn is both. The rate we paid through Expedia was terrific and the place is a favorite of ours. It is clean, the rooms are large and well kept. It is quite too. This hotel is worth a little driving even if it is not exactly where you want to be in the cities.
“Very Pleased”
Very pleased with the Hotel. The suite was more than enough room for the Five of us (three kids ages 13,12,3). The suite had two double beds and the other room had hide a bed sofa with table and chairs. Shopping centers were very close and we liked them more than Mall of America. Just dropped the wife of to shop and we went to Valley Fair. We will be using this hotel again. Don't care that it is not close to downtown or MOA. Very helpful staff in getting directions to various attractions and other requests.

This hotel was great. I only needed it for one night but the room was great and so was everything else. I would definitely recommend it. It is a Conference Center, however. There was nothing going on while I was there, but it definitely did not seem like the place for kids and/or the family vacation spot.

I plan on staying at this hotel agian on future trips to the Minneapolis area. Easy access to all major highways and within 5 minutes of a huge variety of shopping, restaurants, theaters.

We've stayed at the Northland Inn on 2 separate occasions, and it has become the first place we go to check for rooms when making a trip to the Twin Cities. The Northland Inn is very conveniently located on I-94 less than a mile from Hwy 169 with easy access to all areas of the Mpls/St. Paul area. It has the atmosphere of a luxury hotel with a staff that make you feel welcome. We had a minor problem with the plumbing during one of our stays, but maintenance was sent up within 10 minutes and fixed the problem.
“Very impressed”
Got an upgrade to another room at no charge, extremely comfortable, and felt very good about the staff and security personell. Only downfall would have to be the in-room dinning (steak and potatoes) I don't feel was worth $33.00.
