Elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to 5th floor. No hot water either day…a problem we found out through conversations with other guests that everyone experienced regardless of room location or time of day. Tried to call lobby but the phone was not working so walked down but there was no manager available and person at the desk didn’t seem interested in helping.

Pool was dirty with large floating hair chunks both nights. Looked like someone may have lost hair extentions. I felt it wasn't properly maintained or routinely cleaned. Pool area looked the same from the first night to our last night. We stayed 2 nights. Hot tub also had a dirt ring and tiles were coming up from the bottom. Rooms were clean. Location was convenient. I wouldn't stay here again.

Pictures made this hotel look much more modern than it is. The pool area has lots of structural damage as do the common areas and rooms. My room had various areas where caulk, trim, etc. were missing or damaged. The walls were banged up and the rooms are dated. The light fixtures in my room had large, dead bugs in them. The coffee maker and microwave share the same extension cord. I was disappointed.

The first room they gave me had people in it. The second room smelled like fish. The third room I took because she said that the cancellation process would be me going through Expedia first and if they said I can have my money back then they would release it. It was late and so I stayed. I was almost afraid to lay under the covers. There was hair under the pillows. I woke up and asked for more towels for later and they said they were out. The front desk had a sign that says no parties and there were at least 5-6 the pool was packed everyday. Unruly kids and parents, ghetto is the word I would use. When I told her the room stunk she said does it smell wet or like drugs. I was shocked..needless to say I won’t be staying there again. There were many more situations it I felt the ones I stated were plenty.

It says on the site breakfast and when you arrive not only is there no breakfast there isn’t even coffee. They charge a price through a second party service ( Expedia) and charge a $100 fee that is refundable a country’s after checkout. Assuming the rates are what the email states they refund the $100 then charge another $68 after the initial price. I travel a lot and will never stay at this scamming hotel AGAIN!! Not to mention the pool area has leaks all through the area and the pool is nasty. Stay Away!!

nice staff, but moldy musty smelling hallways tons of water transferred from pool on to carpeting in hallways causiing smelly mold especially on 6th floor, kids smoking weed in stairwells, slow elevators, and no HOT water in the shower just warm water - won't stay here again

I Checked in to look at room before I was to grab any of my gear.When i got to room temp was 65 turned to 70 unit started up then shut off that happend 4 straight times with no heat coming out.went to front desk told them the problem that I wanted a refund .I was at front desk fo over half hour clerk said she was not able to refund any money . But manager would contact me next day to refund still no body has called me Back.Called expedia on matter still have not received a penny back on my credit card.

The only problem was lack of cleaning staff on weekend. Couldn't keep up with laundry and towels. Other than that it was a good stay. Pool and hot tub were nice

The hotel was unable to provide key cards that worked to open room doors. They said that the programming part for the key cards wouldn’t work. Every time we needed to get into our room we had to wait for an employee to come up and unlock it. They only had one employee on during the evening and night hours so we were left waiting up to 25 minutes to get into our rooms. The employees were very nice and trying to do their best but they were very understaffed and the GM wouldn’t do anything to help. There were no pool towels, all floors were wet and very slippery, the hallways and elevator area were dirty. My friend slipped and fell on the wet floor and had to be taken to the ER. GM was blaming him for falling, saying there was nothing she could do for him. Employees were very nice and trying to do their jobs but getting no help from management. Rooms were clean and comfortable but wouldn’t take the chance of staying here again. I’d give the actual staff a 5 stars for doing everything they could to help the guests but would give management zero stars for not stepping up and figuring out how to fix the key card issue.

The property was fine. The hotel staff were all awesome! Something to consider please. The pool was LODED with kids. I’m mean packed. There were some snout 10 year old boys that kept harassing my 16 year year old granddaughter and her friends including pinching them on the butt. The girls repeatedly told them to stop. They informed me of this sat time although I didn’t realize to what degree it was happening My granddaughter and friends aren’t a bunch of hysterical teen age girls. They were repeatedly offensive and apparently no one was watching them It would have been virtually impossible for the mothers if they were around to not observe this as the girls said they repeatedly were quite verbal with the boys to stop. However I can imagine that if I would have spoke with a parent it might have turned into a problem as the noys ere actually touching the girls physically. I felt bad that i didn’t confront it more aggressively. There were literally people who had packs of kids with them. There were small children in the whirlpool. The girls hardly went in to the pool I’ve been coming there intermittently for 10 years! The guy cleaning the pool didn’t start to clean it until 830am at least. There were people who wanted to use the pool in the morning and were very disappointed as the pool could NOT be used in the morning. The staff there were excellent but the pool situation was out of control. I almost started counting people to see if they were over the stated limit …

They didn't offer breakfast, a group of teens running around the building, hair on the beds as if it was never changed. I was not happy at all with the stay. I will also be contacting corporate. When i checked out they gave me a receipt with charges on it and could not explain.

Stay was good over-all. But letting the people run around on the roof was not good. No hot tub as advised. Property has severely issues with roof leaking and bad repairs to try and cover it up

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a great hot tub! Come to find out after a long day visiting a relative in the hospital, the hot tub was not working and wouldn’t be for the stay. Although the staff were nice, there was one bar with limited inventory, no rumplemintz or pineapple in stock, no limes for tequila. The day just seemed to be an endless array of disappointments. The shower leaked out of the bathroom onto the floor, into the carpet and got my clothes wet. Not a place I’d recommend while dealing with a tragedy.

Pool area nothing was picked up things left everywhere when nobody was there. Hot tub didn’t work. Up by the ceiling look like the roof was leaking. Had no key to your door someone had to let us in to our room. Terrible

Although we didn't experience any loss of power, we did lose our internet and phone services for some time making it impossible to make room keys for our guests. Mother and daughter getaway weekend
The bed was completely comfortable which is hard to find. The staff was shot handed when we arrived but I especially wanted to send a big shout out to Ray for making my daughter and my stay a very comfortable one. Ray went above and beyond for us and not knowing my daughter is Autistic he was very kind and outgoing. My daughter was very happy that she got to go on an adventure as she loves these getaways. We will definitely be back soon.

Wifi and cable are currently down. No parking available as much of the parking lot hasn’t been plowed. Employees were unable to give me a room key so I have to have someone manually let me into my room. Hot tub is also out of order.

no hot tub
The front desk was super friendly and fast, some of the things that were not clear, the "bar" was IHOP, not bad, but very limited. the hot tub, which was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel, was not working. it was under maintenance or something. you can tell they are going through some changes, but it would have been nice to know all that.

Its was a good stay, but room wasnt all that great, drawers were sticky and gross, only had two wash cloths ans two dry towels for a four night stay, had to go down to lobby to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch because the phone wasnt working to call the front desk. My partner went down also to ask for more towels not sure if they didnt understand him but we never got our towels. Was looking forward to getting in the hot tub but it was not available 😕 but my son loved the pool. Another thing that bummed me out was the fact that curtains did not close all the way to block the light from coming in, we came to have a nice winter break and get to sleep in but thst didnt happen. Wasnt a bad experience. But definitely could have been better.

The Atrium vents were broken and there was mold on one vent. Elevator button on our floor was broken so you did know if Elevator was coming. Pool and Jacuzzi was not working reason I selected this hotel.

The Pool and jacuzzi was closed disappointing since that was one of the reasons I booked here. Registration desk told we should of checked website I told Travelocity should of been notified since that is where I booked and if I could of canceled I would of. I was celebrating my best friend’s birthday. In the mezzanine area vents were broken and looked like mole. Elevator button on sixth floor was missing. Very Very disappointed.
