"Always a good choice if you’re visiting Chester! Location is excellent if you need to be in the city centre, even direct access from the multi storey carpark. Truly is a lovely hotel, not the cheapest - but if you want to spoil yourselves go for it!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and were really well looked after. The room, though standard, was very nice. Well equipped with great amenities and an amazing corner bath! Staff were kind and efficient and though we didn't use it, the bar / restaurant was beautiful. Location is IDEAL for anyone visiting the city."

"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. There was a football team there that evening yet somehow everyone managed to give a smooth and timely service. Excellent stay . Thank you to the breakfast team, buzzing around, refilling, being nice, working hard and still cheerful and the Saturday night bar team were short handed, pulled together, smiled and delivered a seamless service. Thanks to the chefs who never get a mention :) and housekeeping were doing a great job ! Yes we'd come back for sure. "
