“Nice and friendly”

The staff was very friendly and were only to happy to assist with getting set up. The place is a little worn as far as the doors to the room is concerned, and noise from the hallway does seem to carry. The free wifi internet is a very nice touch for wifi enabled laptops, and the other little perks like free cable in every room is a nice touch as well. The restaurant built into the hotel is also a very nice place to drop into for a bite. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

“Clean and friendly service”

The front desk staff were very friendly and ready for our arrival. we had travelled five hours, arrived very late, and were very happy that everything was ready for us, including paperwork! The room was clean and quiet. I'd stay again.

“Great staff and kids loved the pool!”

Although a basic hotel with no fancy extras, we were happy with the very friendly and helpful staff and pleased that the room was so very clean and orderly. The outdoor pool is a good size and the kids loved it. The location was adjacent to the highway and an easy drive to everything else.

Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very simple hotel with standard amenities, decor and accessories. All we needed was a comfortable place for this night and this place fit the bill at at a better rate than the other hotels nearby.

“Alright hotel”

Didn't have any issues but I didn't see any wake up call service, TV was an older CTR model and walls seemed thin. I could hear people out in the hall.

“location to 401 was excellent”

A good onsight restaurant is excellent for out of town travellers, the service was excellent and the food was very good. We were attending a 2pm funeral in Brockville, and were given an hour extended check out time which we really appreciated, thankyou.

hotel is okay, not much in the way of amenities, but the rooms were clean and the showers were good

“Get a 'real' breakfast included here”

There are a couple more expensive hotels in town, but why spend the extra money? The hotel is decent, and the nearest one to the 401 east exit. Our room had a small fridge and was recently renovated. The best part was no shabby continental breakfast. For your room rate to get to be served a real sit down breakfast by a waitress, probably a $30 value for a family of four.

“Serves its purpose”

Used this hotel as a stop over on our way to Montreal from Toronto. Hotel lounge(feels like a 1970s rec room) and restaurant(decorated in a 1990s country crafty style)are very dated.However, food in restaurant was very good and service was very pleasant.
