“Pleasurable experience”
Was a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful. Has a good breakfast and nice eating area with fireplace. A little hard to find, road to hotel is not marked, Would not have known their was a hotel if we had not had GPS. Would reccommend this hotel. Felt it was a little pricey for the season and the area.
“Convenient to Fuller Craft Museum, restaurants and Brockton”
I was attending a workshop at the Fuller Craft Museum, and the hotel was a 5 minute drive away. Staying for 5 nights, it was good to have the kitchen facilities. Breakfast was buffet style - very simple foods, styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. It would be possible to bring the food up to your room if you had the time. Staff was friendly enough, hotel was clean and comfortable. It's close to the road, so I asked for a room away from the road. The next door neighbor is a car dealer. Comfortable place to stay.
“Very good place to stay”
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Bent over backwards to help me on several occasions. Breakfast was ample with many choices, including protein (eggs and sausage). Light supper M-Th, as well. Two computers and printer available for guests worked everytime--very useful for last minute navigation maps around Boston area.

I have stayed in differant hotels in the area and this one is the best. I would recomend to anyone.
“Res. Inn Brok”
My wife and I had a great time at the Hotel. The gym was small but was good. Had a good time and spent an hour doing card. The hot tub was so comfy. The pool was excelent. The room was so nice. Had popcorn, hot chocolate on the table. Had Juice and Coffee/Tea in the Lobby. The public computers were slow, but printing was free :). Which made my wife happy, since she had something to print :). The staff was helpful and had a smile at all time. The breakfast was good as well. Had a lot of choice. Wished that I didn't have to leave so early for a meeting :). I will try to book again in a couple of weeks when I go to Boston :)

“Nice hotel”
Good stay for my husband and I whiel my son had an official visit at Stonehill College. Good free breakfast, clean comfortable room. They really need kng size beds, though. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only 5 minutes fom the college.
“Brockton has a nice hotel, who'd a thunk”
Haven't stayed in a hotel in Brockton in 30 years - last time the Carlton Hotel was the only one in town - now it's a homeless shelter. This hotel is right off the highway, easy to get to anywhere in town or in the area. Breakfast was great, pool and hot tub great, staff very friendly, nice area with fireplace and tv in the lobby to relax. Room was clean, spacious. Wish we stayed more than 3 nights. Will go back next time we're in the area.
“Quality going downhill.”
I have stayed at this hotel a couple times each year for the past 10 years. At first it was the BEST choice and had the best accommodations. However, over the past few years we have experienced a reliable series of inconveniences while watching the maintenance of the rooms deteriorate. Last year it was clogged drains and cheap towels and this year it was no housekeeping service on our third day. And every night the courtesy coffees in the lobby were cool if not cold. But on the positive side, the breakfast bar was good for me. I would stay at a different hotel if I had an option as close to my destination point. I also noticed that the hotel was surprisingly under-booked as compared to previous stays.
