“Excellent service and courtesy”
Good value for money. Good location close to rail station.
“Very Impressed”
Excellent customer service - nothing toomuch trouble. Will certainly consider booking again in the future.
“Weekend Break”
This was not the first time that we had stayed at this hotel or a Ramada Jarvis Hotel. All of our stays have been excellent. This hotel looks after your needs very well. The rooms are good, with tea/coffee facilities as well. They supply shampoo/soap, etc. Breakfast is help yourself, so you can eat what you want to set you up for the day. The pool and fitness centre helps you to relax. The hotel is situated perfectly for the City Centre and the car parking is good.
“Hotel Ramada a Bristol(Angleterre) pratique pour sortir dans le centre ville”
non loin des quais animés de bristol chambres propres et bien équipées petite piscine,un sauna mais pas de spa globalement tres correct (bon rapport qualité/prix) parking surveillé payant(nous a couté 5 livres pour unesoirée + une nui)t
“A decent hotel”
A good location but the one-way system can make it tricky to get there! Easy walk to the old city and harbour area. Hotel is just fine, comfortable and decent breakfast.
“Satisfied.”
I needed a hotel in Bristol, & this one was near to where i needed to be. The hotel lobby area suffered from an unusal smell of damp each time i entered it, however this was the only downside to my stay - which was overall good. The room was adequate & clean. There were small toiletries, & the bathroom was clean. I liked the bottles of water in the room. I had room service for dinner as I was travelling alone & the meal was prompt & delicious. Breakfast was as standard in a large hotel, & was of good quality.
“overall a pretty good deal for Bristol”
Pluses: 1) hearty English breakfast: hot-scrambled eggs, poached eggs, sausage, ham, potatoes, beans, vegetarian sausage, mushrooms, toast; cold-oranges, grapefruit, prunes, melon, yogurt, cereals, dried fruit, nuts, pastries, milk, apple/orange/grapefruit juice. 2) indoor pool, workout room, sauna. 3) free in-room snacks: cookies, coffee, tea, bottled water, hot chocolate. 4) green: room key needed to turn on lights, which cuts down on wasted electricity. 5) convenient location: a few blocks from Queen's Square. Airport Flyer bus stop right outside. Minuses: 1) exorbitant price for internet--one day costs about what one month in the States cost. 2) not so green: sign in bathroom says they won't replace towels that you've only used once if you leave them on the rack but they always replaced mine anyway.
“Good price/quality ratio”
I particularly liked the pool and the Sunday brunch.
“great location and room comfort”
We stayed at this hotel for one night over Easter. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the harbour area, where many restaurants and bars can be found. The hotel itself is very modern and well maintained. It was really nice to be able to enjoy the leisure centre. Parking is three pounds fifty per night.
“Needs attention to detail”
After returning yesterday from a visit to Bristol I have a few comments on this hotel. Ensure that you check your room before unpacking, the first one they gave to me, room 406, the window wouldn't shut, and the weather this weekend was very cold. I made the reception aware of this and they found me another straight away, so very pleased. The rooms are good but could be better. Small details would see this hotel getting better reviews and wouldn't cost the earth. The employment of foreign people is a big issue as they have very little knowledge of English. Myself and my partner were the proud reccipients of free breakfast for our stay and at 11.95 pppd that was a nice suprise. it's a nightmare to find so ensure you have a good map to hand
