Lovely hotel, very clean and ideally situated for trains. Kensey at reception was charming, professional and was very adept in his knowledge of the area. A credit to your company. Would definitely stay here again.

The combination of the location which is most convenient to Temple Mead Train Station and a pleasant walking distance to St. Nicks Market, accommodating staff, clean nicely appointed rooms and a broad breakfast offering makes this my hotel choice when in Bristol!

Easy check-in, everything clearly explained about car park, although £20 per night is bit expensive!
Room clean and a good size, fridge, in room safe and my tablet worked to watch Sky!

Bathroom a bit small. Bed a bit rickety, pillows too soft. Staff were attentive, and very helpful. Breakfast decent, and hotel very clean throughout. Good position for trains/ buses. Overall, a nice experience. Would stay again.

Nice couple of days; staff very helpful would definitely recommend.
Only one coffee machine working Sunday Breakfast which meant longer than usual wait but first world problem.

Rather overpriced, the rooms are very small. When we entered our room for the first time, it hadn’t been made up so our bags had to be moved to the next room. The receptionist was very apologetic so it wasn’t a problem. For the price, it would have been nice to at least of had a couple of bottles of water provided in the room. Overnight parking cost £20 which again seems expensive given the cost of the stay.

I stayed in a twin room with my cousin, who was sitting in his bed late in the evening and could feel something wet on his legs. Having pulled off the bedding we found a large, yellow, smelly wet patch on the mattress. Clearly someone had wet the bed and staff had put fresh bedding on without changing the mattress. After this disgusting discovery we were apologised to and moved into the room opposite, (where there was no shower gel in the dispenser). Staff at the hotel apologised and we were given a full refund. I did send an email to thank them for this but to suggest that in future it would be better to upgrade guests to a nicer room, or offer Hilton vouchers as well as the refund, as unfortunately we left with a very bad impression of the place and wouldn’t return. They haven’t bothered to reply to this email. Breakfast was fine.

Finding the entrance to the car park was very difficult, but Peter in reception was excellent. He welcomed us with skill and humour.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and neither time has the air conditioning worked and the room is like a furnace. This forces you to open a window to a very busy road which has regular traffic noise throughout the night. Do not stay here if you expect a peaceful nights sleep

Literally right next to Bristol train station. There's shops and restaurants near the hotel ans train station, walkable distance. The hotel is next to a ruined church which converted to a park. Good time. Also walkable distance to the river. Beautiful scenery, yet, quiet and feel safe. The "king size" 1 bed room is a bit smaller than average US hotel room size but every inch being well used, which is acceptable. Also note UK and European's "King size" bed room is actually closer to US queen size bed.
We asked if the hotel can arrange early check in (at noon), sadly the hotel was fully booked. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while waiting for the room to be ready.

Breakfast is regular. But no fruits, just oranges pre cutted (when?). Coffee machine not working so i was given a nescafe. At 9.45 they begun to collect things and no more cakes, croissants ecc.
