“Nothing impressive”
Didn't get to the room until late and ended up taking a nap and leaving but the room had a small refrigerator and the tv worked so for the short time I was there it was sufficient.
“Marginal”
It's a bed and a shower. Not filthy, but not real clean either. Worked for four guys going hiking. Would not take my wife to this hotel.
“Could have been worse”
Don't expect working equipment in the room, comfortable beds, attentive front desk staff or anything more than old donut holes at the continental breakfast. Other than that, I suppose it could have been worse.
“Cheap for a reason”
This hotel was cheap, and there is a reason why - it's in such poor condition it's almost frightening. The place looked like what you'd expect from a rent by the hour establishment, the exterior is old and dilapidated, and there are unsavory looking folks hanging about. The inside of the rooms aren't much better, while on the surface they appear okay to sleep in for a night, our bathroom celing was buckling and will be caving in soon, the towels were dingy to the point of discoloration, and the blanket on my bed had a big cigarette burn near the top binding. What I don't understand is why housekeeping didn't put the burned end at the bottom of the bed, it would have never been visible had it been tucked into the mattress. I'm also wondering what was at the bottom that was worse than a 3 inch burn mark? I don't really want to know. One thing that would have been nice was having a Cracker Barrel next door, but it's not exactly adjacent to the property as advertised. You actually have to walk through a secluded, decrepit back lot that is bordered by a high fence so no one would see if you were attacked while walking to get some country vittles. I wouldn't advise it at night. Speaking of vittles, the breakfast is a joke - you'd be better off getting something at the gas station on your way out of town. I guess Days Inns aren't what they used to be, you'd be much better off spending $20-$30 more bucks and feeling safe and clean.
“Over priced, not impressed.”
The hotel is very old and in need of major rennovation. The mattresses were old and worn out and did not lend to a good nights sleep. The shower head was so limed up that it was difficult to rinse off. The continental breakfast consisted of make your own waffle, a couple boxes of cereal and some fruit. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone else stay there again.
“Just Glad We Got a Room for Race”
Inside of room was clean, neat and smelled like soap. Outside motif was more Mogadishu. Very convenient to interstate. We got soaked because it was race weekend, but at least we got a room. At the end of the day, was acceptable accomodations for a place to crash. More suited for weekday work crews. That's about it.
“Premium priced disappointment”
Lights that didn't work-door lock broken-no table-beds and chairs worn and out dated-toilet didn't flush properly-shower didn't work properly,and i paid a premium price......very disapointed!!!!!
“day late. dollar short.”
poor quality. but good price. you get what you pay for. definitely.
“Nasty”
The hotel was obviously in need of a major over-haul. The room was less than unclean upon check-in. My dogs were welcomed and the overpriced fee did not see warranted as I was more worried about my dogs getting something from the unclean premises than them creating a mess!
