“Very good location”

This hotel is close to numerous restaurants, a cineplex with 3D and a shopping center. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The only drawback is that one side of the hotel faces the highway, and the noise could be a bother for some people, although the noise level drops considerably at night. My wife and I were afraid that it would disturb our sleep, but it didn't. If you can, request a room with an even number. Those are on the side away from the highway.

“No complaints so it must be good”

I like to go to a hotel where I don't have to think about getting to my room. I don't have to wait in line. I don't have some little irritant that I won't complain about but is still irritating. In this case I didn't have any waits, complaints, or little irritating things bothering me. So I would rate this as a good stay at this hotel.

“Great staff”

We got to the hotel several hours before check in. The hotel got someone to clean our room right away and also gave us the ground floor we asked for. Very friendly, willing to help in any way.

“Great Customer Service”

I love this hotel! We booked it to break up a very long trip, and we wanted someplace we could take the time to relax. Courtyard in Bristol is definitely the place. We had some trouble with guests in an adjoining room being very loud and belligerant, and Daniel (the front desk attendant) was very helpful and quickly resolved the situation. I will definitely stay here again.

“Good Hotel and Location”

The only drawback about this hotel is that they do not offer the complimentary breakfast as most other hotels do these days. This was a problem because there was a backup in the line to purchase a rather limited breakfast menu. Also, they didn't start until 6:30am when most other hotels start at 6:00am. We left and went to Ihop just down the street where we spent $5 each for a full hot breakfast. All else about this hotel was great.

“Great Hotel”

Everything was very nice. Would have given five stars clear across the board if it only had a small fridge & microwave in the room. We really missed that conveinence.

“May weekend”

My 22 year old son ended up travelling with us, and the staff changed our room to a 2 queens instead of a king, pleasant and helpful.

“The usual”

The hotel and stay was fine. "The Market" in the lobby was pricey. $4 for a bottle of water and we weren't out in the boonies where they couldn't get delivery. Only coffee we saw was Starbucks. Did not see any complimentary coffee. Maybe we missed it.

“Nice pitstop”

Only issues...1. Breakfast was not included and we had no idea until a bill arrived. 2. Plumbing issues with the toilet (bowl wouldn't refill unless turn water off then on again) and shower (head was immovable and pointed at the wall). Other than that, recent renovations were very nice and hotel clean and professional. A perfect stop on our holiday journey south
