There is a bed and a bathroom and they allowed my pet. That's the best of this stay. The property seems to be under renovation, both inside the rooms and outside. The room I had was somewhat finished but still had stains on the ceiling. There was recent painting on the walls. The flooring throughout was vinyl. Not real clean as it felt gritty. The bedding was stained but seemed clean. The "breakfast" was bananas, apples, yogurt, waffles, and burritos with cold cereal and milk...coffee. I don't recommend staying here until all the renovation is done and clean, new, unstained bedding is supplied.

I stay here every time I go through Abingdon. Once I find a place that suits my needs, I keep going there. The only problem this time that the toilet had to be flushed between two and four times every time for all the water to go down. There may be a belly in the pipe leading out under the building which I would expect to be expensive to repair.

Desk person was friendly, competent and helpful. Location and patking were convenient. They accepted my pup. No extra chsrhe and there was plenty of room to ealk her. Everyhing is a littlecworn and older but tgatvdidnt keep thecroom from being fery clean and compfortable. A good hot shower and a clean compfortable bed. Close to Restaurant and Dunkin. Just off the highway but didnt hear any traffic. What more could i ask for?

The tv was direct tv service no channels would play I had to repair the cable to get it to work. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work so you had a rainforest effect dripping water on the floor that was slick tiles anyway making it worse. one place to sit but had a king bed (for 2people) however it was clean

This was an older motor lodge version, nothing indoors. It was located besides the highway tucked near two other bigger hotels. The room was nice for the most part, but the shower curtain was too short, and when stretched out, it would fall over the edge of the tub rim and create a opening that shower water could escape. Outside, was dirty and glum, with bldg in back of property beside a open lot from an old business. The best part, there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant next property over.

Ok for what it is
Friendly check in. Room was reasonably clean and ok. Bathroom could have been cleaner and was pretty tired looking but it worked for what we needed a place to call it a night for a few hours before getting back on the road

I reserved a Superior King Room there was no indication that these rooms do not accommodate pets. When I got there I was given a smaller room. This would have been fine if I had been refunded the difference. The individual at the front desk told me I did not book a Superior room. When I showed him my confirmation he then said that they did not have those rooms for pets. When I asked for a refund of the difference in the room I booked and the room we received he said there was no price difference. When I showed him the price difference posted both on Expedia and on Red Roof's website he told me I had to talk to the third party (Expedia). I contacted Expedia. They contacted the hotel. I was then told the establishment didn't accept pets. I pointed out that they do and that it is posted in their lobby and on both websites, the representative told me the hotel said there was no price difference. I pointed out again the difference and the representative told me that they would not refund the difference in the two rooms because the hotel said I was "getting a good deal." Besides the fact that I was downgraded with no refund, there were bugs all over the ceiling in our room, the comforter was not clean, the a/c did not work well, and an individual two doors down would open his door each time we walked by, watch us and make weird noises.

Nice Motel
It took an excessive amount of time at check-in, but not becaues of the girl at the desk. There were computer problems. The girl was wonderful and cheerful. The tub drain was all but clogged, which meant that I was in standing water at the end of my shower. I was able to have my dogs with me, which is sometimes hard to find an accomiidating motel, or they charge excessively.

This experience cost me an extra $220.00. I had this reservation booked for weeks. I called twice to confirm and change my payment option. I got a confirmation but no one could help me change my payment. The day of arrival I received a calll about payment, I called back within 4 minutes and was told my reservation was cancelled. I tried to rebook with the hotel and was told to go online, I was having a hard time doing this. I called back and was told again to go online. I called Expedia twice with no help.
