We have checked the Aircon and found the reason that made the Aircon not running properly it's because the two remotes were in two different modes. It's the Multi Head Split System, the mode needs to be on the same setting. The instruction can be found next to the controller in living room and in compendium. TV remote and dryer are checked and are running well. In regards to the Microwave button, we have reported to the maintenance team to look into. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
