Excellent location in Brisbane CBD. Well-planned unit with pleasing enclosed balcony, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Car parking is easy.

“Good location”

It's always nice to stay there. The staff are wonderful & helpful. I'd like to suggest they put a french press coffee pot in each room and rip up the carpets in the common areas and in the rooms. Wireless would also be nice so that you aren't chained to the desk.

For a stay in Brisbane, you can't go wrong at Oaks Charlotte Towers, it's in a perfect location for the city centre and has fabulous facilities for business and personal trips alike, I would definitely return!

“Location is everything!”

The Oaks Charlotte Towers is an well-maintained apartment hotel and very close to the vibrant Queen Street Mall and the buzz of the cafes and bars of Riverside. It's just a few minutes walk down Charlotte Street to the "free" City Loop Bus stop and a short stroll up Edward Street to Central Station. Highly recommended is the nearby MacGooleys pub for a great steak. It was good that we could check out and put our bags in storage for collection later in the day and Oaks were happy to organise our taxi to the airport as well. We thoroughly enjoyed Oaks Charlotte Towers for its convenience to all that Brisbane has to offer and would most definitely stay there again. You won't be disappointed!

“Good Brisbane Accommodation”

We recently stayed at Oaks Charlotte Towers in Brisbane for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment and found our stay to be wonderful. It is close to the mall and restaurants. Our only problem was that we requested a car park and were advised that there were none available for the first night but were able to have one for the next two nights of our stay. If car parking is required you are best to call them and book it to ensure that you get one. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

“Would recommend for family with infant”

Overall, we were pleased with hotel and it is ideal for people traveling with a baby. The bathrooms don't have baths...so your bub with have to take a shower with mum or dad. As far as apartments go, the furnishings and comforts were good. What could they do to improve? Offer parking to guests at a better rate than $20 a day and it was sold out one night which was a pain. No Wi Fi that I could detect...lucky Steve is on the Jobs with personal hots spots. The TV picture quality was rubbish.

Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is one block from queen street and great shopping locations. Housekeeping came everyday and room was always tidy.

Hotel impeccable tant au niveau du confort, de la qualité de l'aménagement de l'appartement et aussi de l'emplacement. Par contre nous avons eu besoin de nous rendre à un endroit spécifique et l'agent d'accueil n'a même pas cherché à nous renseigner, semblait totalement désintéressé. Nous nous sommes donc débrouillés. Bien dans l'ensemble.
