It is a lot nicer than the more of the 8s or roofs or inns . And there nice an helpful .

“Okay for the money”

I was really apprehensive about staying there after reading the other reviews. Due to a college sporting event close, this was the only hotel with rooms available. The place wasn't that bad. My only real complaint was that the room smelled of smoke. They tried to rid it of the smell with fresheners and such but it just smelled of a smokey room with fresheners added. The room we had could have used a little 'updating and TLC' but, it wasn't that bad. Especially for the price. I was surpised to find there was an iron and microwave in the room. Room is good enough to sleep for the night and take a shower in the morning.

“4 night stay”

The hotel its self is not that bad. Needs updating inside and out. Carpets in rooms need to be ripped out now.

“unimpressed”

the tub did not drain well and had a ring around it because of that. I cleaned it myself to ensure it was clean. the parking lot needs alot of work, lots of potholes. we were put in a room adjacent to construction workers rooms, which means huge trucks in the parking spaces next to ours. The room apeared clean at first glance, but after discovering the tub, and on closer inspection, there was a solid layer of dust on the headborard of both beds. I have worked as a maid several times in my life and this is not acceptable. Anyone who is staying in a motel for whatever reason expects better kept facilities.

“low budget”

you know the old saying "you get what you pay for" well don't be surprised if you come out feeling short changed. If you are single and on a budget....NO ask to see your room first you may see paying an extra $20-30 some place else well worth it Pros shopping and dining minutes away, downtown 10-15 minutes, airport less 15 minutes Cons You;ll miss it if you aren't careful and the intersection can be tricky the first time around. My room had carpet stains, foul smell, hot water lasted maybe 1 minute, want ice...walk back to signin desk, no microwave, no frig ,iron or board

“Will put this hotel on a last resort list”

The floor in the room had a huge weak spot/ hole under the carpet in front of the bed and the more we walked on it the larger and weaker the spot became. When we came out of our room the next morning the tire on our car had been flattened completely to the ground. Upon checking out we notified the staff on duty and also inquired as to the cost of another night due to the fact that we would probably be staying. The staff member was very rude and told us that if we paid cash there would be a cash deposit in addition to a regular room rate and then ignored the fact that we had told him about the car or anything else. Despite these issues we did return and book another night only to find that indeed we did have to pay a cash deposit but not only did we have to do this we could only pay cash if we had an out of state license plate. We did explain our dilemma from the previous night and the morning and she was nice enough to find us a better room. Upon check out the same staff member from the previous morning was there again. He was very rude to say the least and made us feel like we had done something wrong because he very loudly called for housekeeping to "inspect" our room after looking in a folder and then he proceeded to give us our deposit back. This made us feel very "dirty" to say the least. We are just your average travellers. It was very offensive the way it was presented.

“Only as a last resort”

Motel probably caters to construction crews working out of town. Motel allows pets and we must have stayed in one of those rooms. VERY strong dog odor poorly masked by deodorizer. Soft plywood floor covered by carpet with soft spots and soon to be holes. We were passing through and was only there 10 hours but I could not have stayed longer because of odor. Lots of other choices in area but were all booked that particular night. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
