Andrea, the evening support was awesome. The security latch on the inside of the door engaged which prohibited me from entering the room. She helped to get me back into to room.

Great location, within walking distance of restaurants and short drive to more, as well as Walmart. Excellent breakfast bar, with many healthy options. Staff was super friendly and service was excellent. Loved that there was a gym, pool, and laundry facility. The hotel could use a little updating, such as the elevator buttons, and wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling a little. Other than those two items, it was an excellent stay and we will return!!

While our room was spacious and clean, our toilet was loose…the bottom of it which made it a bit wobbly. We did not bother anyone because we were tired from traveling and attending a game. Also, after about being in our room for about a half hour; a fuse blew and we were in complete darkness. I did call the front desk to inform them and it was taken care of right away.
