Staff were great. Hotel nice and newly renovated, however housekeeping not the greatest. There were spots on comforter and floor behind bathroom door was scuzzy

“Very good service for the price. Free WI FI working only at the lobby.”

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was large and comfortable, had a nice and very clean washroom. The free WIFI was unfortunatelly working only in the lobby. Hopefully this problem will be solved in the future.

“The worst service I've ever experienced!!”

I booked a room through an unpublished rate on expedia during the State Fair. When I arrived exhausted at 10:45 pm from being at the fair all day, I was told that the Days Inn overbooked and that they did not have any rooms left. ? Even though I had a reservation, they claimed they did not have any rooms. The disheveled clerk, informed me that the manager was on her way to fix the problem and that she would be there in 20 mins or so. In the meantime, she offered to try and find me another room. She found one in Watertown for $200 per night and asked me if i wanted it-I had to pay of course. This is when I stood my ground in that I made a reservation with expedia and booked an unpublished rate and subsequently PAID for my room already. I was not about to pay for another room on top of that. NOTE: The staff made me feel that I had done something wrong! After 40 mins, The Manager arrived with husband and, 4 kids in tow. The Manager never looked at me, greeted me, or said anything to me while I stood there as she "fixed" the problem which meant that she sent her husband to clean an unused room while she held her newborn baby. She looked like she had her pajamas on and was barefeet. We finally got a room at 12:30 AM after waiting 1.5 hrs, the room was adequate but in the morning, the hotel ran out of breakfast before 9am. Should have gotten up earlier-what was I thinking by going to bed so late? Mom & Pop motel & no apologies. Thank God for the Managers husband! NEVER AGAIN
