“I loved it!!!”
I would have stayed much longer if I could have. The hotel was fabulous and the area was great too.
“Unbelievable hotel, beautiful views”
I attended this hotel for a Wedding in August of 2009. The wedding was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful and i will definetly be back for vacation.
“$$$$$$$$”
We'll go back again but look for a better rate. If your want to take a step back in time this is the place. Nice walking trails, ok golf course, scenic view on Mt Washington. We are looking forward to going back in the winter and summer months.
“Best Resort ever”
An amazing location for any hotel to be and wonderful ambience inside. Absolutely astounding view of the Mount Washington and other peaks in White Mountains range. It was a treat to watch the fall colors on the mountains from the various balconies provided by the hotel. Amenities provided by the hotel were awesome. It would have been wonderful if a refrigerator could have been present in the room though. I am definitely returning to this hotel in winter and this time for a longer period.
“Loved It!!!!!”
The drive up to the resort is absolutely breath taking. The service was great. The rooms were quaint and spacious. The pool was immaculate. The staff were very nice and attentive. Lots to do close by. We enjoyed the hiking! The only 'complaints' that I had was the lack of restaurants close by and the expense of the restaurants on the property. Other than that, I had a great time and can't wait to go back again. Well worth the cost.
“Elegance & Charm at Mt Washington Hotel”
Great hotel! The room was comfy, the staff was prompt and polite, the views were breathtaking and the property is spectacular! If you do go to the mt. washington hotel, be sure to spend some time at the spa - Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi while looking at the beautiful white mountains. If you need to get away from the hustle of life in the city, this place is perfect!
“The most luxiourous way to take in the White Mountains.”
A wonderful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Inn on the grounds of the hotel including the lovely walk down the lit path from the main hotel. The pool and hot-tub were a treat for the whole family. The vistas were fantastic. Only downside was lack of use of the grand stairway due to the ongoing construction but this was minimal and well explained to us. Family friendly.
“Great classic hotel”
The guest room was huge and well appointed, great food in Stickneys restaurant, outstanding martini on the great balcony overlooking Mt Washington, very nice pool and health club and great staff!
“Very Beautiful old hotel that's been well maintained and restored.”
The Hotel was an experience to see. We stayed only one night in a room overlooking the golf course with a view of Mt Washington and it was spectacular! Breakfast was a delicious buffet in the main dinning hall. The Mt Washington is worth the stay for a night or two just to experience the grand old hotel era that it represents. I was fearful that it would be an old and worn hotel but it was actually in amazingly good shape and looked as if it had recently been renovated. Staff were very freindly and helpful too. It's a relaxing place to visit.
“Very charming hotel”
nice hotel. Has the old world feel, so a charming place to stay. Not modern, but the bathrooms seemed more uptodate. Would definitely recommend. We went during low season in November. Can get pretty pricey during ski season and probably in the summer. Used the spa, which was really nice. The spa could have used some more snacks though.
