"Great small hotel in the best location in Brescia"
This hotel is located right in the center of Brescia which is a wonderful small Italian city well worth visiting. The rooms while not large are extremely comfortable. The front staff is welcoming and gives great tips on restaurants and anything else you need. Best of all, the included fantastic breakfast can be served to you in your room.

You approach Villa Fenaroli through massive stone gates at the beginning of a hedged drive. It is a magnificent building with wide marble corridors and gracious rooms with period style furniture. We were mistakenly given a lesser room than the one we booked but the mistake was corrected by very apologetic staff the next day and we were moved into our junior suite which was very large and comfortable with a lounge and arm chairs. The marble bathrooms included a separate shower and bath and nice toiletries. The only drawback for the hotel is that it is a five minute drive into the town of Brescia and you absolutely need a car,
but there is ample free parking. A highlight for us was the really excellent restaurant in a beautiful room served by knowledgeable staff, especially the wine waiter who recommended excellent wines which were not expensive. The food was superb and remarkably well priced. We received complementary wine with dinner the second night to make up for the mistake with our room. We had a luxurious experience and recommend the hotel highly.,

Having Carmen present during out stay made our time in Italy much more 'connected'. She constantly went out of her way to ask if my mom and my aunt (70 and 80 years old respectfully) were comfortable and all our needs were met and questions answered. She even drove us to the center of town when the taxi's went on strike while we were there.

Visited my elderly parents in Brescia and stayed here (one block from their home). Spent only one night, but was very satisfied with the good value for money, excellent customer service, and pleasant, well-maintained facilities. The rooms are tastefully renovated, the common areas are quite classy, there is easy parking and the breakfast (continental) was satisfactory. The location, on the northern outskirts of the city center, a couple of blocks North of the Cidneo hill, is perfect - not too central, so parking is not an issue, but not in the sticks either. It is quite feasible to walk to Piazza del Duomo in 15 - 20 minutes. Beautiful brand new ice-cream palace just across the street.

"Surprisingly nice accommodation in "interesting" neighbourhood"
A bit difficult to find at first (the separate house numbers are allocated to different doors in one single building), but once inside, everything was very pleasant, clean and cosy. The neighbourhood (train station area) is a meeting place of all kind of legal and illegal immigrants, though, but, while noisy, they are not of any real danger.
