Great location...very near the restaurants and all the notable tourist attractions. Parking was pretty easy. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Central location. Tram stop to the airport just 2min walk away. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge bed!

staff are super friendly and helpful, it's very centrally located, easy to walk anywhere. they are very friendly towards my toddler as well. I would recommend to stay there if anyone is visiting Bremen

Stayed in a suite, i didn't think it was a 4 star hotel standard especially given the prices. Has a nice gym and staff were nice but seemed under-staffed at the reception. Great location though.

Everyone at the property that we encountered was professional and courteous. They truly made a great stay. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect as well. The room was very nice and the workout facilities were top notch. Perfect stay and if we come back to Bremen we will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was new and clean with a spacious communal area which also served as a bar and restaurant. It was conveniently located, close to the main tourist attractions. We stayed on a Sunday and none of the hotel facilities (bar, restaurant) were open. As this a well known international hotel chain, I think it's ridiculous that none of the facilities were available to guests. It's not acceptable.

Super Aufenthalt. Von CheckIn bis CheckOut hat alles prima geklappt. Service und Frühstück sehr gut. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Schönes Zimmer und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Exzellente Lage, absolut zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Nettes und hilfbereites Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Not 100%… around 90%.
The negative side was that I was not offered the VIP Gold offerings that I am entiteled. Neither the complementary bottle of wine, one per stay, nor the room upgrade (if available). None of these were offered to me. What is the point in stating to us members that we are entitled certain advantages when the hotels do not give them to us?

The staff were extremely helpful with plenty of information about the latest local Covid rules and what to do and where to go our waitress was Vesna Davcik and she was always pleasant and never without a smile on her face.

Great for dog owners

Nice hotel, well placed for walking
The hotel was well-presented, the staff were friendly and efficient. I needed help with a couple of items and they were superbly helpful. Location-wise, the old town and plenty of sights are well within walking distance but the area seemed peaceful at the same time.
