Wonderful feedback
Overall my experience from this Best Western hotel zur Post was wonderful, staffs were kind, listened, and provided excellent service, Breakfast was wonderful and staffs at the restaurant were great and helpful and even pack breakfast to go 5:30am which was extraordinary work! I do recommend to others strongly. If I visit Bremen again, I will stay in the hotel 100% for sure:))

Great location, lovely room. Very quiet even though hotel was very busy. Across the road from train station, walkable to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was varied and plenty of food available. Staff blessed up quickly and recessed food quickly. Was pleasantly surprised for the price we paid.

Room and hotel clean and in good condition and close to City center. Walking distance to downtown and public transportation. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many options, including lactose free products.

A very good hotel
A lovely hotel. Breakfast was amazing-a huge variety of fresh, tasty food. Rooms were comfortable and staff efficient and friendly.

Convenient location
Hotel is in a very good location. Walking distance to all sights. Great breakfast. Room a little dated but comfortable. Smell of cigarette smoke in parts which seemed strange in a non-smoking property.

I got there quite early - 10:30am and I was expecting to not be able to check in then until 3:00pm; however they had a room for me which was great! The ladies at the reception were the kindest and helpful; they made me feel welcomed and took care of my extra needs such as power extension, adaptors... breakfast was nice too. Location is amazing, 500m walk (6 minutes) to line 6 which goes to the Bremen airport and 5 minute walk to the Bremen train station which you can see across the street from the window. The only thing I find to be not so great was the internet. Other than that it is 5 start from me for everything. I would definitely come back for my future trips to Bremen.

On our last day, we had to leave our rooms before checkout, because the maid had cleaned one room for the next people while we had gone for a post breakfast walk, even though our luggage was still in the room, and for the other room, new refreshments were brought in while we were sat there. We complained to reception staff who first laughed and then tried to come up with reasons for this and then said we did not need to leave the rooms as though it was our wish to do so. Would you expect to go into a hotel room that was still being used by the previous occupants - bathroom, bed, cups and glasses etc? Breakfast was also not as good as it had been on previous visits, good quality food having been replaced with fewer cheaper options. We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times, but we won't be returning. It was a disappointing end to a special 75th and 70th birthday treat for our parents.

We will discuss this with the person in charge, so that things like that will not happen again. Please let us know, in which respect you feel, that our breakfast buffet lost quality. That is a real surprise for us, since we added so many things to the buffet, like mini-burgers, waffles and many more. Please let us know, what you were missing. Freimarkt visit
Nice hotel located opposite Bremen Central Station and 5 minute walk to Town Square. Excellent breakfast included in room price. Hotel also 5 minute walk from Freimarkt whuch was held during my visit.

Decent hotel

Overall good experience. Our first room had twin beds, but that is not what I booked. They promptly switched our rooms to one with a queen bed, and better view. Great customer service.

Great Place
What a lovely place. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculately clean. We received a lovely welcome and found all staff warm and friendly. The hotel is across from the train station and within walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and we were provided with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. A great place to stay.
