Really good hotel in not that good area
Really good hotel with perfect services. However, the surrounding area is not much. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's placed more like in the industry area of Bratislava with no restaurants or anything around. Only gas stations.

Basic Hotel with nice Bar/Dining Area
The bar/dining area is nice, the food was tasty. Our room was very basic, the beds were not the most comfortable (could feel the springs in the mattress). The towels were worn and a pale shade of grey not white as they once were. Apart from the dining and bar area this hotel should be rated 2 stars. The lift was out of order we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. That said the staff were efficient and friendly.

Color - Nice place to stay
Nice place and great value for money. Must drive to teh town center (no idea about transit). Free parking was available (it is limited). WiFi was good. Did not try the breakfast. Clean and spacious

Bratislava stay of road trip
Hotel was really nice as were the staff who could not have been more helpful. They have a secure parking area just outside the rear entrance for which there is a charge to use, I chose this option. Room was excellent as was the restaurant and food. The only downside for me was the location is an industrial area though even this was not really a problem as my stay was only for the one night.

Location is somewhat far from Bratislava bus station, and I had some difficulty in getting a cab to reach there. The hotel is in very good shape and they sell tram tickets etc. and were helpful in guiding me on how to get across various places in Bratislava.

Bratislava hotel 45 min. drive to Vienna Airport
Nice clean room, Close to Vienna. Just needed cheap place to sleep before catching plane at Vienna airport.

Very good budget hotel
We really liked our stay at the Hotel Color. It is a budget hotel, but it was clean and tidy and had good basic facilities for a comfortable stay. The bar was small, but good, and there was a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, although we did not eat there. We stayed for a week and had a hire car, and found that the hotel was an ideal base to visit Vienna (1 hour away), Budapest (2hrs) and Brno (1.5hrs). Bratislava itself was great, although you'd probably struggle to spend more than three days visiting its sites. Bratislava has great food by the way - try out the UFO restaurant, slightly pricey, but the view is worth it, and 1 Slovak Pub is great for authentic Slovak food and beer and was really cheap. The only major negative we found was that the room did not have aircon. We had to leave the window open at night, but got bitten alive by the mosquitos that visited. We also found that the public computer either did not work or was really slow. Wifi for mobiles etc was really good though.

Does the job but I wouldn't want to stay longer than one night. Has got a trucker feel to it. Very clean though and comfortable beds. Breakfast is free to and fills you up.

The bed was great! As well as the service! The Bathroom was completely new! I slept very well, also very quite, the breakfast was really good too! The walls of the room need painting but there was someone working in differenet rooms painting them during the day, so overall the place is VERY nice, Very good for it's price!

Everything was good. Room was clean, and the breakfast was great. One bad thing is that the location is a bit away from everything. If you are there with your own vehicle, then I guess it's not a problem.

I had some time to kill when I arrived in Bratislava, so I decided to walk to this hotel which my offline map app told me was in the "industrial district". Boy, it ain't kidding! It's something like 6km from the historic center. Seeing as I needed a comfortable shelter to do some work from, this wasn't particularly problematic. You can buy tram tickets from the front desk for 1,4 EU per 2 and the #4 line goes all the way downtown. The breakfast here was great with lots of eggs, sausage, yogurt, and espresso! The coffee, I was told, you can get anytime but the rooms themselves are not equipped to brew it. There was a desk for me to work at and WiFi that worked great most of the time. All in all it was perfect for the odd professional but I wouldn't recommend it to the younger crowd or those wanting to be "close to the action" as it were.

Nice for 1 night stand
We were travelling from Hungary to Poland so that was our stop for a night. Next day Bratislava sightseeing and back to home. A hotel was nice, clean and really colorfull :) A stuff was nice as well.

The Hotel was good and clean . The staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was reasonably good. Getting to the hotel was easy with Tram 4 but it is slightly out of town .I would recommend it to anyone who don't mind travelling slightly out of town.

Nice hotel in Bratislava. Modern and clean.
Very nice stay. Recommend it for the travelers (good pirce) and for the tourists as well. Good connection to the old town to get all the atracctions of the night life of Bratislava.

Hotel Colour Bratislava
Good location for airport, very comfortable room and bathroom, lovely breakfast, all staff very welcoming and helpful. Not in an attractive area but it was safe and quiet and was not a problem. God value for money.
